There was a bit of humidity, but it was a very hot and humid time.

I like how near it was to Hinodecho Station, a bus stop, a convenience store, as well as a grocery store and pharmacy. Cheap parking is also walking distance from the hotel. The staff were friendly as well.

It was written in my booking that my room have a mountain view but i got the room on 3rd floor and there is no view at all. I think hotel do not have any idea about what kind of booking I have with booking. com. This happens to me sometimes recently when i booked the room with a view and i got a different room

The room was pretty good, staffs are always good. The room is clean and room size was good.

Our room smelled like cigarettes (it was a smoking room but the smell was permanently stuck there) and so did the hallways. The beds were very uncomfortable for me personally, the mattress was rock hard. The rest of the room was functional and clean but everything is really old and outdated and you could tell it could use some maintenance.

The staff was really nice and the hotel is very convenient.

The hallway was though filled with smoke from people smoking. Someone might also have smoked in my room, before I checked in. The room was very small, and when you might have big luggage, it will be tough to maneuver around!

Location was very nice, very close to a nice park, and walking distance to most stuff! It was also seclusive enough to not be bothered with traffic. The room was nice, though small! It was very clean!

Double bed is not enough for two people with a toddler.

Hotel is close to the Kekyu station. So, it is very comfortable to move anywhere. I took a small room for a family of 2 people and a kid.

Limited parking space for big cars at the hotel

This hotel is perfect for family with children because it is a walking distance to Nogayama park. Also the hotel provides us a crib for our 1month old child to sleep in.

It was quite old and a little dirty. The room only had one plug to charge and it was far from the bed. There were 3 of us staying in one room so it was difficult to charge our phones and other appliances. We had to take turns.

The staff were very kind. It was decently priced and it was in a great location and walking distance from lots of shopping and sightseeing places we wanted to visit. The beds were comfortable.

There was a hotel restaurant but it did not appear to be opened for breakfast or was only available by reservation only.

Although a little dated, the hotel was clean, comfortable and in a good location. The rooms were a good size.

The room was quite small for the duration of my stay - I was feeling a bit stir crazy after a few days. I would likely book a bigger room if I could, for next time. But the location was good -- between sakuragicho and hinodecho stations.

Cleaning service every day -- water and clean towels. I love that I have an electric kettle in the room! coffee, tea, miso, whenever I need it. Awesome. The staff is fantastic. So patient, and willing to go out of their way to help you get around and find where you need to go.

Hotel carpet floor was really worn out and dirty. Room was tight and small. Quite expensive for one night and no breakfast included.

Basic hotel room with one extra bed to accommodate the third person. It is possible to do laundry in this hotel. We washed our clothes after arriving. There are vending machines available in the lobby and also in the hotel room floor

There was no safe box in the room, and the AC airflow direction was not adjustable. We booked a room with a mountain view, but even on the 7th floor, we only saw a neighbour's building.

The staff is kind and friendly. We forgot some of our belongings in the room, so the hotel personnel sent it to us by mail with no problem. The room was clean and light. Everything in the room worked with no problems. The beds were soft and big enough for two adults and a 3 y.o. kid. The room was cleaned daily, and they put new bottles of water each time.

Shower’s temperature was not easy to adjust. Also shower’s power was weaker.

Our room could see the night view of Yokohama’s land mark tower and Ferris wheel. I think it was not the best of the view, but we could enjoy.

I chose this hotel because I thought I would be able to park in their garage. But when I arrived they said that my car was too big for their parking system so I had to go to a public parking lot and pay extra for parking.

The hotel was able to accommodate my request that our three rooms be near each other. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Nothing to complain about.

This is one of my go to places in Yokohama. Clean, well maintained. Staff is great, location is close to entertainment, close to the train station- direct shot from haneda. I keep coming back.
