Everything...we had a big room with.a beautiful park facing balcony ...location was excellent with shops and fast food under the hotel...and you can get a limousine bus from narita airport to the hotel...we found this later which was a costly mistake...

Don’t need a card to get on the elevator - room doors subject to banging

All the public areas are low light areas. Another 5cm on curtain length in the room would give a full black out effect ton block very early summer sun.

We asked the lady at reception if there are "points" gained if we paid by card. She made a face and was very dismissive of the question. Some hotels award points and she could've just answered the question politely. Breakfast was so so for the price. Room was generally clean but dusty at some parts.

Location is perfect for shopping and sight seeing. Large room with a scenic balcony overlooking the amusement park. Shower water pressure was good! Bath products were excellent and smelled amazing. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Had a fantastic view of the harbor. Another pl;us is the size of the room -- it was larger than we had expected, knowing that many Japan hotels are smaller than the usual US hotel rooms. Loved that the Limousine bus to Haneda stopped AT the hotel!

For a one-day stay in Yokohama, the location was perfect. Our room had an amazing view of the park and skyline. All staff were wonderful.

Great location, with a passage from the shopping mall, ideal for attending the pacifico conference center. Spacious rooms with great view to the surrounding. Very kind staff and professional service.

The room was for smokers, so had a lingering smell. The carpet is a bit old. Breakfast room can be very crowded on the weekends, so expect to wait a while to be seated.

Room at the 18th floor with excellent view on Yokohama Bay. Great choice of Japanese and international food at the breakfast. Excellent location with a station of the Minatomirai Line within walking distance.

Enjoyed my stay in this hotel a lot. Had very spacious room with little balcony and fantastic view over the Tokyo Bay. It is very close to the station. The facility has everything you may need and the stuff was super friendly! I am looking forward to coming back to this place in december!!

Felt a bit old and dark. Chlorine smell in lobby due to fountain display is bad. They should just get rid of that fountain. No gym.

Location next to bay and Minatomirai station. Balconies in every room overseeing the Bay, great to just chill.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel. Maybe more vending machines on the floors, but going down to lobby level for one wasn't a big deal.

The staff and facilities were fantastic. We booked a balcony room with a bay view. Being able to open the balcony windows and sit on a small balcony over looking the bay was fantastic. It was great being able to have some fresh air as well. The location is also a direct stop for limo bus services from both Tokyo airports. It is also directly connected to a train station via a shopping mall. You can get on the train lines in a few minute walk. There is also a great amusement park outdoors just across the street. Rooms were very spacious and very well kept and updated. The in hotel restaurants were all very nice and convenient. Room service is also available.

There was nothing to dislike

Excellent hotel that far exceeded our expectations. Close to many dining places and train station. Very good value for money especially when compared to Tokyo hotels. Would love to return and spend more time here exploring the attractions. Stayed at this hotel as it is close to the Port for cruises.
