Staff are really amazing people, Very near to a station, clean bathrooms, spacious and comfortable beds and vibrant people you meet in their lobby too! Will definitely stay here when I visit Tokyo again.

If I had to nitpick one thing, it's the fact it's 100 yen for a towel. Wouldn't really be a big deal, however there isn't anywhere to hang your towel to dry, not in the dorm or in the showers. If they could add just a hook drilled into the bunks, it would go a long way

Great location, close enough to train stations and the sites of Asakusa, without being too busy in the evenings. Incredibly friendly and inviting staff with very good English, if that's a factor for you. Nice cafe/bar attached to the hostel that makes dinners very convenient. Overall, highly recommended!

No storage space in the rooms which seemed strange, so you have to live out of your bag. The communal area wasn’t very well layed out

I was trying to extend my stay and they told me that had to do a separate booking, ended up booking a different room and had to check out and wait to check in again. But in general the staff was great!

There's musty smell in the room (mixed dorm) ,2 days later I booked the same hostel and I moved to the female dorm, smells good not musty at all. I just wish they have a baggage locker or something, I just ended up taking my important docs with me everywhere. not a deal breaker though, I would stay here again.

Very convenient. I find the bed comfortable. Staffs are friendly , very near to a metro station. Tokyo skytree is just right behind the building. I love that the bathrooms are just in the same floor , it was never crowded.

Everything is perfect

The staff of the hostel is the best thing about this place. Kyoko, Yuka, Yugo, Tamo, Ichi and Ayame. All of them made my stay really special and fun. It surely became my favourite place where to stay in Tokyo! I’ve made so many beautiful memories because of them and some became friends! Also the hostel is in a prime location, the drinks at the bar are reasonably priced and the place is 24/7 spotless clean! They also serve an amazing curry, and on Thursdays you have these lovely ladies who do your hair and dress you up with kimono and also have an amazing skilled photographer (Yugo) who takes beautiful pictures of you. This is not just an hostel, it’s a whole experience, one of the best thing you could ask for during your travel!

I am so happy I decided to book some days at this hostel. The location was very nice, there is a Family markt around the corner and a Lawsons a 3 minute walk away and it’s next to a park (where actually I enjoyed a Latin festival that was happening the weekend I was there). The people working there are absolutely amazing!! Everyone I met was super friendly and down for a chat! I made some really nice memories because of them, so thank you for that :) The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here and I will definitely be back. Nothing, everything was great.

For the price and location, it was definitely one of my top stays now in Japan. It's a few minutes walk from Honjo Azumabashi station, and if you're coming Narita, you can just take the exit with the elevator (esp when you have a huge bag or luggage), cross the road and reach the hostel by foot. The hostel is literally at the bottom of a train line so it gets a bit noisy but not a problem for me. They gave ear plugs too during checkin but never had to use them but probably might be good for light sleepers. There are multiple bathrooms and it can get full especially in the morning. Also I love that when I stayed there, I was in time for a Kimino Workshop, which i think happens every thursday! It's a 1000 yen for the whole dress up experience and you also get your photo taken outside the hostel, which I might say turns out pretty good because the view is literally the river and the Tokyo skytree! The hostel's lobby is cafe btw, and there's a lot of space and tables esp if you need to have a quick work or just to socialize with other travellers. The hostels' staff are also very nice and helpful at most times! Would stay at wise owls again!

Could hear all the noise from other guests that were checking out early, i.e., 5am, and packing their bags, etc, without being considerate of others in the room. No designated area in the dorm room to store your bag during your stay.

Very clean and comfortable. Had a good vibe with bar/cafe area there. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Able to leave bag there before/after my stay. Convenient location. Trains weren't an issue overnight. The dorm had a small bathroom with a sink and mirror for brushing teeth etc.

The price got quite high after booking so extending is not ideal (book all the nights at once if you can). The place is right under the train, so if you have trouble sleeping with noise, reconsider maybe unless you are ok with ear plugs. Also the showers are outside of the dormitory, it can be annoying, but at least it doesn't disturb in terms of noise.

The place is very nice and comfortable, the rooms are spacious and it is all very clean. The staff is super nice and friendly always willing to help. Plus the location was perfect to go by train to other places, but also to walk around nice spots.

There is not strict rules regarding the designated luggage area of each bunk coz some of the guests scattered their stuffs everywhere even it’s supposed to be your place coz it’s beside your bunk.

The place is under the bridge and beside the river that makes it unique , the skytree is walking distance. A lot of places to eat around.

I didn't like that we got separated with my partner in different rooms. The rooms were pretty crammed and there was no space for luggage. Kitchen was very very small. Compared to the Kyoto Wise Owl hostel it's a less comfortable stay.

The beds were clean and comfy. We were able to leave our luggage before and after check in/check out. The luggage is left unattended but it still feels very safe to leave them there.
