The mattress is not very comfortable. My hips felt a little bit sore, that's why i ended up sleeping on the sofabed.

The hostel is very near the train and subway stations. It is clean, affordable and the hotel staff are accommodating.

The location of the hostel is excellent as it only takes 1min to get to Yushima station (Chiyoda Line Metro) and about a 6min walk to the nearest JR station (Okachimachi). It is near Keisei Ueno as well, so it's pretty convenient if you take the skyliner train from Narita. There's also a nearby Family Mart for late night konbini runs. The staff can speak English and are really accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage before our check-in time. We stayed in the triple room, and the first thing I noticed is that it is really spacious for three people with 4 huge luggage. I also like how clean and well-maintained room is. Overall, I highly recommend this place!!!

Clean modern facilities. Comfy beds. Plenty of floor space in the bedroom for luggage. Very helpful staff. Nice quiet location but with easy access to numerous local attractions and train stations.

The bunk bed creaks as you move. this is likely due to the bed bracing materials used that is not wood. maybe harder for a larger frame person to crawl up. but it was still comfortable and acceptable.

the option private bathroom was excellent and location was amazing. we were on the 7th floor and it was really quiet and comfortable. laundry facilities on the 4th floor is coin operated and i recommend multiple smaller loads for longer stay. we could easily walk to multiple train and subway stations. close to Ameyoko, Ueno Park, 15-20min to Akihabara and easy access 24hrs. Food access was easy due to the location, convenient stores across the street. Groceries and Department store food all within quick walking distance of under 10mins. Staff were incredibly great and professional. They helped with providing a spot to hold of our luggages after our 10am checkout time due to large time gap before our flight home at 10pm. Overall the stay was excellent due to factors of accommodation, cleanliness, and accessibilities to all the needs of our stay in Tokyo.

Great location, service and environment. Walking to JR station only takes 5-7 mins, easy to transfer to most station in Tokyo.

Really great hostel. The staff were really friendly. Good location, love the food around ueno and easy access to other parts of Tokyo. Well worth visiting Otome Inari Shrine which isn't full of tourists but is really nice

actually it’s not that i dont like but just add the room key for more than one. we stay 3 pax with 1 room key and someday we separate travel and it’s a bit of difficulty to meet with hands it.

great location. there’re many way to get the subway, close to yushima station. we can walk to akihabara and ueno station. convenience stores also close to the property. from narita airport, you can get skyliner to keisei ueno stn. and walk around 10 mins to this hostel. if you are looking for the place that comfortable to stay in tokyo, i highly recommend this place!

Location is 7-9min from the train station.. you can walk to Ameyokucho.. lots of restaurants and convenience stores near-by.. +free laundry detergent on the coin laundry..

The only downside is that we found a rubbish under the bed mattress(used candy packaging) most probably left by the previous guest and the cleaner missed it.

The location is superb, very quiet neighbourhood but also short distance to convenient stores, subway stations and popular tourist destinations

It is very clean. The staff are friendly. The accessibility of the location to 2 train stations made our itinerary easy and doable. There is a kitchen for us to eat and it is well-maintained. They provided free coffee, tea, drinking water, and a common fridge for storage. It was quiet although a lot of people stayed there. We are so impressed and we feel lucky that the reality far exceeded our expectations. We felt very safe. It is also near a convenience store. The traffic around the area is light. We LOVE IT!! We will highly recommend it to our friends and if we happen to come back to Tokyo, we’ll stay there again.

Clean. Good use of space in the room. Quiet. Loved having access to shared kitchen and dining area. Often we were the only ones in there. Staff were very helpful. Great access to train lines. Ueno Park is also very close-by. Great for family stay.
