The service of the staff was excellent, especially employee Shizuki Funahara, who went out of her way to ensure my birthday treat was very special. Thank-you again. The onsen was very good, as was the view from hotel, and the food was also excellent and well presented.

Excellent service standard. We were served tea and cheese cake when we checked in. Fantastic Japanese dinner and breakfast. The Onsen was the best I ever had in Japan so far with Mikimoto skin products infused water. Unfortunately it rained and we were unable to visit the garden and enjoy the bay view.

United StatesAt age 78, the futon were a little more firm than I remember from 50 years ago. We had practiced getting up off the floor, not to be taken for granted at our age. Still we slept well.
Both breakfast and dinner were kaiseki style. Amazing quality. For breakfast the last day we had 13 things. Absolutely beautiful in the way they were arranged on individual serving dishes....no two alike. We ate in our own little room, with a big window looking out on the Japanese garden and blooming cherry tree. We stayed in a Japanese style room with tatami mat floors, and they put out the futon while we were at dinner, and put them away during breakfast. The shuttle runs to the train station twice an hour, making it easy to visit the Ise Shrine. The staff was pleasant and helpful and professional and spoke some English. I absolutely would recommend this place.

JapanThe service from the staff was immaculate with attention to every small detail. They were nice enough to take care of my luggage before i checked in and brought it directly to my room when i returned to check in. The was a nice welcome cheese cake and tea during check in as well as roasted marshmallow and coffee later in the evening. Dinner and breakfast was quite tasty and i enjoyed them. The view from my room was nice especially in the morning as i could see the sun rise, a perfect way to start the day. The "pearl aurora" outdoor onsen was amazing, it made my skin actually glitter because of all the pearl powder which was honestly a little bit funny.

Very Delicious and refined kaiseki meals with ise lobster, wagyu (and many more excellent sea food) We love the milky onsen water which left a glitter golden aspect on the skin. Many thanks to The staff for providing us an Excellent Service , All day shuttle bus from and to Toba station (until 18:00)

I’ve been here twice. Menu is good , and I upgraded to tuna bowl for the dinner, a lot of fresh tuna. There is shopping mall nearby good for purchasing souvenirs like real pearl . The hotel is walking distance to train station. Everything is good !!
