We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is great, right next to the cable car and eight minutes drive from the Okayama station. There’s a convenience store next to the hotel. The Okayama castle the river and the beautiful garden were close to the hotel. There’s also some nice restaurants in the area. And the room was pretty big and nice. the washing machine and the dryer worked great.

Location! It’s still in a walking distance from the station and you can enjoy area around like honmachi and omotecho. Very close to Okayama castle, too. But even if you have a lot of luggage, bus and streetcar stop are closeby

JapanThe noise level of the other guests were very loud especially between 10-12pm. Kids will be running down and shouting - as if their parents never taught them to be considerate of others - and some guests will speak really loud in the corridors. It is mostly the children shouting for the mothers over and over again, at 11pm, when they should be sleeping. The hotel staff can't be blamed for this, but something should be in place as a curfew or something for guests to be considerate of others.
The staff were very friendly and assisted using English. The room was clean and came with a kettle, mini fridge, TV and aircon. The location was close to restaurants, convenience stores and tourist attractions - making the price acceptable.

JapanMy room/bathroom could have been a tad cleaner, but still perfectly acceptable.
The location is about as good as it gets; not that far from the main station and very close to tram stops, right next door to many of the best museums and tourist spots, and an area with loads of cool restaurants and bars. Staff were kind, check-in/out was easy. I liked that there was a self-service area on the ground floor for toiletries and things, seems less wasteful than placing them automatically in rooms.

JapanThe wallpaper is pretty beat up. It’s something I’ve gotten use to in Japan, but it would be nice to see clean wallpaper. The bathtub height is really high so not recommended for those with disability.
I thought for the amount paid it was pretty decent. There’s a room, a shower, a bath. The bed is pretty comfortable. I had a view of the city and blackout curtains.
