That the rooms were a bit small. The breakfast could have been more continental.

That the hotel provided extra pillows, and other tvings you needed. For example, toothbrushes, bathing salt etcetera. That the hotel had a free bar and a coffee machine. That the hotel had coin laundry.

One small elevator for the entire property. You could be waiting 5-10 min in the morning rush hour. The rooms are very small. Too small for 2 people. Not a place to stay for more than a night or two. My room had no view and was in the corner so we barely got any natural light. Definitely request for a room with view, it’ll make it feel a little bigger.

Beds were very comfortable. Very friendly staff. Location is awesome. Lots of eateries and shopping, plus 5 min walk to JR station. 24 hour onsite laundry. Good breakfast selection of hot, cold, and continental items.

- Rooms are understandably old, but the cleaniless of the room really needs improvement (i.e. my Aircon started leaking in the middle of the night, and I was unable to find help immediately as their reception does not operate 24/7). - Customer service was not as good as I remember, and their payment machine keep experiencing error for credit card payments. - After so many years, they still only have 1 lift serving the entire building. May cause safety issues for people who returns late as the area is a nightlife district.

- Rather affordable and rather convenient location. - About 15 mins walk from JR Ikebukuro Station. - FOC breakfast was quite good.

As expected for Tokyo, the rooms were quite small, like very very small as well as the toilet. I’d suggest getting the room with a loft bed so there’s room to put the luggage otherwise luggage doesn’t fit open unless it’s on the bed.

the location of this property was excellent, the breakfast that is included was very very good in Japanese style breakfast.

would have been nicer if the breakfast could have gone through to 10am. if you came at 8.30 most of the good food was gone.

room was pretty spacious for a Tokyo hotel. Pillow situation was a bit odd and they’d run out of other pillows on the first night so my husband had to sleep on his clothes bundled in his bag. The staff were very helpful and sorted suitable ones for the next nights.

C1 exit from Ikebukuro station. There's a few line in this station which makes me much convenient for travelling. Mattress is kind of hard. Had backache sleeping with it. But overall is a great hotel. There's only 1 lift, so if you are going out at 10am for housekeeping to take over, you might need to wait a few rounds for the lift before your turn to get in. Suggest to walk down from the stairs if you are in a rush, or leave your room earlier. There's a bus stop nearby in the west of Ikebukuro to the airport, just 5 - 10 mins walk.

location is not too bad, 10 minutes walk from station (using underground pass-way exit C6/with escalator or C1/only steps) however more shopping and animation stores are on the east side, if that’s what ur interested in. hotel itself is quite self-serve ish but clean and convenient enough for the price we be paid

The activity surrounding the hotel at night was not desirable, our sheets were not clean, stains and hair from previous visitors. The room temperature was up and down. At times very cold.
