I doubt that they can do very much about the size. But I wished there were 2 chairs provided at the writing desk/ TV console area instead of one. It would be very helpful to have one more chair. Also the bathroom sink area is very small. It will be helpful to add another one or two wall shelves for guests to place their make up and personal toiletries. We need space for boiling water and washing of cups too. The limited tight space was a constraint and inconvenience.

We like the location and the cleanliness of this hotel! It is very accessible to train stations, convenience stores and many cafes, eateries and restaurants. The room size is the smallest among the 4 hotels we have stayed in on this visit to Japan but this is in Tokyo so quite understandable. Checking in and checking out were a breeze with helpful staff standing around even if one is using the check-in machines! We sent up our luggages from Kyoto 3 days before our check in at this hotel as we spent some days in Hakone before arriving. Within a minute of checking in using their machines, the staff brought out our sent up luggage! Talk about efficiency! Well done, hotel team! They provide a lot of grooming freebies at the lift lobby area for hotel guests. This hotel is very thoughtful. The items provided are very useful ones that really benefitted us during our stay. For example, I experienced very dry hands and fingers that were peeling (perhaps due to too much washing of hands with harsh soap in Japan) and my own hand cream was running out, the little moisturising cream sachets provided by this hotel were a relief for me! The face masks and fragrant bath powder for the tub were excellent for use in the night after a long day out.

The breakfast was OK but perhaps could be improved a little, with some additional items.

The hotel is in a great location - just a few minutes walk to the Shinjuku station and also right next to an entrance for the metro. You couldn't really get a better location for exploring Shinjuku and the rest of Tokyo. It's a 3-star hotel and it certainly lives up to that. It's comfortable, clean and well functioning, without being spectacular and luxurious. My room was a little bigger than I expected for a standard single - more than adequate. The room was clean and pretty well equipped, and what I really appreciated was the super-fast Wi-Fi, which was very important for me as I had important online meetings I needed to join from the room. The window pane was heavily frosted so I have no idea what the view was like outside - this seems to be a standard thing I've noticed at other Japanese hotels. So don't expect a view. Breakfast was OK - not great but certainly not bad. One small thing that I also really liked - there were plenty of elevators so I never had to wait long to go up and down. Sometimes in some hotels you have to wait forever, so that's a small but important thing I appreciate.

The pillows were too hard the breakfast which I am glad was included as I wouldn't pay for it I felt which I know I was in Japan but would have preferred a bit more variety in western food the bacon was not cooked properly which is not good when it is pork and everything was cold also the staff are not knowledge about the locations of trips etc

The hotel is walking distance from Shinjuku Station and the Bus Terminal. Also walking distance to Times Square Takashimaya. Direct pick up and drop off Air Limousine bus.

There is nothing that I really didn't like about my stay here. Maybe the room was a fraction small, with 2 people and luggage it made it a little difficult to move around, but I expected that.

Check-in was easy, the staff member we dealt with at check-in spok english well. All the staff attempted to be as helpful as possible and were polite. Location was great, nice and close to food and the train station. Room was clean and well stocked.

The soundproofing wasn't great and could hear the neighbours opening and closing doors and cupboards as well as people walking up and down loudly outside in the corridor.

The room was basic but had all the required amenities and was clean. Check-in was all electronic but very quick and efficient. The location was good right next to train stations and in the heart of Shinjuku and all it has to offer.

There were only 3 washing/dryer machines. Other guests weren’t considerate and left their laundry in the machine for hours with their pass code locking the machines from anyone else using it. Would be great to have more washing/drying machines. More food options across the street. Most nights, I was so tired from a whole day of walking but was still hungry. The hotel does have a restaurant. I will try it upon my return stay tomorrow.

Location was right next to/adjacent to the Shinjuku station. Little did I realize how huge the station was. Depending on which train I was trying to catch, it could be some significant walking time. Thank goodness the hotel was right by the station. Can’t imagine how much more walking I would have had otherwise.

No desk to discuss/arrange tours/trips. You have to do it yourself. If would be very useful for tourist not speaking Japanese. It would costs them minimum if they have someone dedicated between 8.30 - 4.30pm

Location very close to Shinjuku station and hop on hop off bus. Unfortunately non of that infor is passed on to travellers. Rooms were clean but v small.
