The room I stayed in a bit small and the price per night is high. But typical pricing of Tokyo I think.

The hotel is right next to Toyocho station so the location is convenient for public transport. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There's coin-op laundry (around 400–600 yen per load in 2024). There's a communal ice-making machine, which was nice for hot summer days when you need iced drink in the room. This place stores your luggage before check-in time so that's very convenient too. The hotel is located in a suburban area so it is not packed with tourists. You get to enjoy a more local atmosphere. If you walk to nearby shopping and supermarket areas, you get to see many local people going about their day.

Room are on the smaller side but it's normal for Japan. The breakfast is in the Pronto near the entrance, the choice is limited and not really worth it.

For the price this is near-perfect The Hotel isn't in the center of Tokyo but this isn't a problem at all, there's the Toyocho Station literally 10 meters from the hotel, so you have access to nearly anywhere with only one change. The staff was wonderful and helped me multiple times. Everything was clean.

Not buffet breakfast. Same offering of western style breakfast at the Pronto Cafe linked to the hotel. Kids under 6 stay for free however do not get counted for breakfast so need to purchase separate ticket for this. Takes about 40mins to get to either Shinjuku or Shibuya area so need to factor in travel time. Not many lifts in the path to the hotel from Tokyo station however there is a lift at Toyocho station so that helps. Not too many things happening around Toyocho otherwise - no shopping and only a handful of places to eat at.

Located about 2 mins away from Toyocho station so relatively easy to get around. Breakfast provided however this is a voucher only for 1 meal at the Pronto cafe linked to the hotel. Big size, far bigger than most Tokyo hotels. Has free amenities as with all Sotetsu Fresa Inn hotels. Airport bus to Haneda airport only 2 mins walk from the hotel so very convenient if flying out of Haneda.

The AC is not as cold as I expected. It was set at 23C but they have a big fan inside the room which helped a lot.

Overall it was very good. Location is great. Family mart, Daisho, and drug store is around the corner. Breakfast is simple and good. Staff is nice, polite, and helpful.

The hotel upgraded my room for free. The facilities in the hotel, in the room are very good. All the amenities are provided. And the location is just beside the Toyocho Train Station which make movement to other place easier!!

Rooms and bathrooms are very very small. Very uncomfortable, but would be ideal for solo or couple travelling.

I walked past it twice when trying to locate it. It’s quite tucked away with a very small sign, which made it difficult to locate. There was visible damage to the bare boxspring(? It didn’t look like a book spring I’ve seen before) which made me a little leery. Linen quality was so so.

Excellent location for public transit—bus or subway. The reception was very nice, amenities available when you check in. The laundry room was convenient and appreciated (tho I believe one unit worked better than another bc I ran two small loads in different machines during my stay and got drastically different results). A single room was actually large enough for me AND all my luggage which was a pleasant surprise. The shower pressure was good and tub depth was nice as well.

Breakfast needs time to get since it is based on the menu to serve, however, it is okay after we know the procedures on the first day. We could overcome this problem on the other days. Nothing more to say what I don't like.

The location is very close to Toyocho railway station so it is easy to get there. There are also few food stalls that we can get whenever necessary as well as a family mart next door. The room is pretty small that we cannot move around freely, however, it is very clean with complete amenities. The receptionist are superb. They are young but very helpful to serve the customers. Thanks very much for your assistance particularly related to my shoes problem. They also prepare some tools that we can borrow if needed.

While the beds were mostly comfortable, two of them had noticeable wear and tear.

The room was spacious for our family, although one bed was a sofa bed, which was a little hard. The value was very good for Tokyo. If driving and staying for more than one night, I recommend Paraca, which is about a 5-10-minute walk from the hotel. Ask the hotel about it. Some restaurants are in the area, but it is better to book ahead for some of the better ones. Saizeriya is downstairs, which is always popular with kids.
