They have a system of forcing themselves in to clean rooms every 4 days. There are no safes inside, or do not disturb signs.

Great location, safe, multiple metro stations nearby, easy transit to both HND and NRT. Lots of places to eat in the neighborhood. Hotel is basic but you have everything you need. There are two washing machines on the ground floor and you can check how long the wait is on the TV screen in your room. Brilliant.

Extra charge my Kids. When I book I put 2 adults and 2kids after come the staff told my book only for 2 adults if I want to continue I need pay extra for the kid

All good beside the toilet - smells not good like someone pee somewhere. I turned the fan on during my stay but that didn't work. Deep clean may needed.

Good location - walkble to station, close to convinient shops. Nice breakfast

The curtains could not be completely open, or at least I could not find the way. I prefer daylight than lamps :)

5 Min walk from Suitengumae metro station and 7 eleven, nice staff, lot of amenities (also face mask), sleeping clothes, clean, big and comfortable beds.

It would be nice if the Japanese condiments for rice has more variety than just seaweed packets.

location is good - close to transportation, quiet and close to restaurants, breakfast selections are sufficient with both western and Japanese. Personal grooming amenity are well equipped.

Bed was OK, rubbish was found underneath the bed from previous stay, and slight cigarette scent in the room. Enough for one person, would struggle to fit 2 people

I only stayed one night and did not saw anything bad

It is a simple hotel with simple rooms that are functional. So it is affordable and it is close to the Ningyocho station meaning that it can be reached directly from Haneda through the Asakusa line. There is also the Hibiya line and the Hanzomon line that is close by. There are quite a few restaurants in the area making the stay agreable and convenient

The staff were very helpful, even though I didn't speak very much Japanese. The room was very clean, and the hotel facilities were incredibly useful.

The room was a very small double. Ok for a single traveller but would be a squeeze for a couple. It could also do with a lick of paint as the walls are looking tired and grubby. However, for the money, nothing I couldn’t live with.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the location is excellent.

Area looks a bit sketchy at night. Rooms are very small. Cleans once every 3 days (this might just be me but I prefer everyday).

Nearby convenient stores. 5-8 minute walk from train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean.

Stayed here twice already and will stay again if we plan a similar trip. Hotel is great, as is the location. The price is a little bit higher than in other similar hotels, but it is worth it.

Second time in Japan, same time, same place, same hotel! I love the staff, and the concept of room supplies placed on 1F where you can decide what you actually need, and the supplies come in a great variety too, even moisturizing facial masks and bathing salt this year!

The room was missing ventilation and you could here the noice from outside in the morning of the cleaning vehicles. The rooms were having a strange smell because of the lack of vents.

They have a lot of facilities available for the guests like ironing, washing machine, dryers to name a few. The location was good next to metro and bus stops, so easily walkable to anywhere.

Didn't get a nice view this time and the location of our room was quite gloomy. Would have preferred where it's more airy and bright.

It's our 2nd time to stay in this hotel because we loved its location, the facilities, and the friendly staff.

The room was very small! I'd recommend getting a bigger room if you have more than one suitcase.

Really interesting area of Tokyo which was calm, had many local restaurants and bars, was easy to get to other parts of the city. Very good value for money.
