United StatesThe room we had had some maintenance issues. The air-conditioner dripped on the carpet in front of the door and the bathroom, so you end up with stained carpet and wet feet. The bathroom is a pretty high step up, so it's easy to slip and fall with wet feet. Be careful!
The staff are awesome. The location is excellent. I love their happy hour and Japanese breakfast.

JapanThe location is convenient, being right in front of the MRT station, which makes transportation easy. However, there are not many bars, restaurants, or attractions in the immediate area.
The room was small but sufficient for a short stay, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent, with strong water pressure and a ceiling tap. The pool was also a highlight—it was great to have an early morning swim before starting a long day.

We chose this hotel for its price and proximity to the station, so we were pleasantly surprised by how excellent the complimentary breakfast was. The staff were polite, friendly and very efficient. Overall, good value for money.

CanadaBroken down lights & air conditioner in bathroom may bring some inconvenience, but the fresh cool air of early June in Hamamatsu works just as good as any environment-friendly devices ever invented by human kind. The thin wall between guests room are NOT sound-proved. You’ll definitely hear the snooze sound of your next door neighbor although most of guests are quiet & respectful. Personally had a bad luck with a drunken neighbor guest continued punching the wall from 1am until 6am! In such case, please go to the front desk immediately for a change of room. The staff work at night shifts will change you to another room with no extra charges. The attitude of the hotel staff were exceptional although the trauma I personally experienced could be avoided if the hotel could added some protection layer materials on the walls in the future.
Very polite & responsive staff members. Delicious breakfast buffet! Don’t lose your breakfast coupons since they have very slippery plastic surface. The museum of musical instruments located just a minute walking distance, 800 yen you can play as many exotics instruments until it close! Wow!

Israelthe food was lacking and dirty. I found a bug in the salad and had nausua I went to eat outside in the convinence store. the room we had was really small - twin room (didnt look like in the pictures) but I suppose its more for single travelers with smaller baggage
the staff were nice and the amenities were avadiable. overall would reccomend maybe 1 or 2 nights for sightseeing not more and for travelers with small bags. it had family mart outside

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel, very comfy, and staff is nice and friendly. Room was a bit tiny, but that is common m2 for business hotels in Japan. Bedding was great, air-conditioning was perfect. Very stylish and delicious breakfast, you get both Japanese and European cuisine. And Coffee machine, of course.

Overall quite good. Had a lot of complimentary things like happy hour and breakfast included, although both have a kind of strict time-frame so plan around it if you want to try it out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Laundry detergent from the coin laundry was insanely good, got rid of all of my stains in one go!

AustraliaThis hotel is in a fantastic location and within walking station of Hamamatsu Train Station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are lots of different restaurants in close walking distance and the area is very safe. Breakfast was supplied downstairs and was OK. This hotel was the best value hotel we had in our 3 weeks in Japan. I would definitely stay there again.
