Small space for a family of four plus three suitcases but that was expected and we managed. The room layout utilised the space well and we would definitely stay again if we return to Tokyo.

Great location, very clean, great facilities. It was great to have a kitchen and laundry in the room for our week long stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice to be able to grab a coffee from the lobby in the morning.

Excellent location, very easy access to multiple subway stations and Ueno Station. Beautiful hotel with decent size room and comfortable beds - even provided a crib for our toddler. Staff were all absolutely amazing and so helpful. Would 100% recommend staying here, we loved it!

Nothing obvious, but there isn’t an option for breakfast at the hotel, not that it mattered for us.

Room was clean and relatively spacious for a family of four, and it was well located in a slightly quieter area, but close enough to stations and the action generally. We liked that the area wasn’t overrun by tourists. Lobby is small but the staff were really helpful and friendly. Had a washer/dryer combo which we found handy. We were offered a free drink on arrival as it was “happy hour”. Highly recommend.

it is hard to find a hotel room in Tokyo that has multiple beds. our room has a bunk beds for the kids and a king size for the parents. which is perfect. nice size bathroom with a separate toilet room was a plus for a family of 4. laundry (washer/dryer) combo was much appreciated as well

Television didn't have a youtube premium account so had to wait for the commercials between videos.

It did seem pretty expensive for the size. The room was quite small for a family but we were just 3 so it was great.

- somehow we smell yakiniku from the aircon like around 6pm, if we happen to be in the room. - we stayed 6 days and 5 nights, any extra cleaning will need to pay. But we can manage to do it by ourselves with provided tools.

- Security control with code but not keys. - fully equipped kitchen - very large trash bin - good sound proof - great location

The location is just 5 minutes from Ueno-okachimachi Station, providing convenience and comfort. Additionally, it is only 30 minutes from Haneda Airport, ideally situated near excellent shopping and dining options. The accommodations offer cozy rooms, excellent amenities, high cleanliness standards, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this location for its convenience and quality!

Great location. Room we rented has a sauna, washer combo drier and mini kitchen. My family of 6 were comfortable with this apartment. We absolutely love it!! It’s gem and service were friendly and helpful
