Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

SingaporeThe room is very small. Bathroom sink and bathtub shared one tap mixer. I am 1.65 metres tall and anyone bigger would have a tough time fitting in the bathroom. There was only an Eco card option that customer could put on the door to opt out of cleaning but still have towels provided. It would have been better if this was the case for only changing of bedsheets as most people would want trash disposal and cleaning. I did not use the Eco card as I wanted the trash disposed of daily and the room to be cleaned. I would propose that hotel offers 3 options instead: Please Do Not Disturb, Please Clean My Room (including change of bedsheets and towels), and Eco Card (clean, change towels but no change of bed linen).
It is conveniently located near the train station. The price is good and there was housekeeping offered daily.

Good japanese breakfast. Hotel is at Taiko-dori side exit. On the road you will see the sign board "docomo" cross the road and the hotel is on the left. You can walk Esca mall underground exit 4 staircase only and exit 5 with escalator

The hotel is just a short walk from Nagoya Station which is very useful. The room was a little cramped but kept very clean and comfortable; similarly the bathroom was small but again kept spotlessly clean and perfectly functionable.

AustraliaI had a room which might be just right next to the lift (01) and I could hear cable hitting sound, I think, but it only became audible later at night for a couple of hours....
You couldn't get any closer to the station but they are competitively priced. The breakfast is really worth the money and it's the best way to get your veggie intake for the day because in Japan you don't get much veggies eating out.

Stayed here coz we need to catch an early morning train at Nagoya Station. The hotel is just by the station, conveniently located at the entrance of Exit 4 of Esca underground shopping mall, 3-5 mins walk to station. If you have large luggage, take the escalator next to BIC Camera store which is just across the road from hotel. The escalator is not operational too early in the morning though. 😅

CanadaRoom is small. We have 2 luggage cases(its winter) and I can only open one at one time. The space for opening one is still small--just outside the toilet. One side of our double bed is against the wall. Wondering if they have the option of 2 small bed. they could be relocated so that the headboards are under the window. In this case there will be a small aisle between the beds
Very convenient location---walking distance from train station and out bound bus terminal(we took the long distant bus to the outlet park). Lot of malls around. just 2 stop form the other shopping area(Sakae). The amenities are of good varieties. Coffee is great, especially the decaf.

SingaporeDue to lighting and colour scheme, single room looked a bit dated. It felt a bit tighter due to arrangement of furniture. The door to my room was a bit wonky at times, so had to check that it locks properly.
Great location walking distance to train and bus station. It is also conveniently located at the entrance of exit 4 of esca mall altho there’s a smoking area just in front of the hotel. Staff were very helpful. For the price and location, this was very reasonable.
