Corner room with breathtaking view on Tokyo Tower and - if you're lucky with weather - Mt Fuji as well. Great location, comfortable beds, helpful staff.

The gym is VERY tiny and under equipped for a hotel with 490 guest rooms. The breakfast does not start until 7am and is very, very crowded. These two observations would not stop me from staying here again. I have been coming here to this specific hotel for years and will continue to do so.

I like everything about this property, in general. The location is fantastic for work and pleasure. A great mix of international and domestic clientele, both tourist and business. The views from the property are lovely. Everything you need is within easy walking distance and it is very close to Shimbashi Station (5 minute walk). The are dozens of restaurants and coffee shops within 100 meters of the hotel. Rooms are very large compared to standard Japan business hotels.

The buffet breakfast, although plentiful and varied was in my option was overpriced, better value on the street especially when there's a family of 4, however they have you over a barrel as most of the Cafes in the vicinity don't open until 10.00-10.30am.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a short walk to Shimbashi Station. There were also a number of Cafe's and restaurants within walking distance and a minimart nearby. The hotel staff were very friendly and helped us with the transfer of luggage to our next location. The room was exceptionally clean and the facilities were excellent.

Upon check-in, we were offered an upgrade for a very convenient price. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet offered different options between Western and Japanese dishes and the hotel staff was always extremely friendly and professional.

Was a little difficult to move luggage around the property. They do have carts to make it easier but trying to fit a cart and people in a elevator was difficult, it really isn’t something they can fix so I really wouldn’t subtract that from they’re score

Amazing staff and building, the location was in close proximity to a train station that allows for travel all over Tokyo. In the immediate area there’s a good bit of stuff to do but you will most likely travel by train to reach big areas you want to visit.

we booked a 20m2 room which was too small for a longer stay with a lot of luggage, we changed for an additional charge to 26m2 which was acceptable.

It would be better if the signage/at the main entrance can be made clearer during evening time, which will be helpful for those guests who came in later in the evening.

Great location and friendly, helpful and professional staff! And they speak good English too, so no problem for communication! Good view from my room to see the Tokyo tower (if you book the ones with tower view). I used their laundry service too, it got the job done, efficient and affordable, compared to this service in hotels other places/countries.

For the price we still found the bed to be uncomfortable but that seems to be Japanese hotels in general. However, we did ask for a mattress topper to make it feel softer and within hours we were provided with one.

Location was fantastic very close to shopping, restaurants and transport.

Well located hotel, next to train station and our room had a great view of the Tokyo tower. Enjoyed Japanese breakfast. They provided a bottle of wine for our anniversary which made it extra special.

Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. Incredible view from my window of Tokyo Tower (and Fuji on a clear day) and a very comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast with an array of options. A Japanese style breakfast is also available on weekends. Staff were extremely welcoming and professional. Well worth the price.

- AC takes a while to cool (several hours to a day) after you first arrive if it's been very warm (we were there in a particularly warm September/October) - breakfast is expensive for what it is; using the breakfast cards for lunch is probably not worth it since you can get a far cheaper lunch elsewhere. If my wife was not such a fan of breakfast, we would have skipped it and ate outside the hotel.

- Amazing view if you are in one of the rooms facing Tokyo Tower; all the hotel rooms are on high floors. - Staff is nice; we used Tokyo as a base and used their luggage storage three different times as we came back and forth from Tokyo (always staying at least a night in Tokyo in between). - Breakfast tickets can be used at one of three restaurants for either breakfast or lunch. - everything is clean (normal for Japan) - they left us chocolates and a bottle of champagne since we were traveling for our honey moon which was really nice! - breakfast is good - they have excellent coffee (the bigger machine) at breakfast/lunch in the western dining area

Breakfast room was too small for hotel size. One coffee machine was constantly crowded. But, we did find a table every morning so this was not a big problem; just something which caught our attention in an otherwise perfect stay.

Location is great, both for public transport and car. There is a 24h manned carpark in the basement; however, hotel reception had no knowledge of it when we asked about it. So, we just drove there, parked and took the lift straight to hotel reception floor. Parking is paid in a machine in the carpark, and price for overnight is comparable to street parking overnight. Very convenient and safe carpark. Rooms were big and ok. Laundry machines are nice, you do not need to bring that much clothes with you for a 10 day stay.
