The lift access from the street to the fifth floor reception area was very slow.

The breakfast was very good, and the location was excellent. Lots of places to eat, and plenty of places to shop! Amazing views towards the Skytower from our room.

Too little coined washing machines, almost always utilized. Water dispenser is outside of the room can be a little inconvenient as they only prepare a small bottle in room. (400ml)

Location is nice, near to Asakusa Sta., but beware there are two Asakusa Station, it may be confusing for the first time visitor.

We loved the grapefruit juice in a grapefruit, and fresh orange juice. Loved the afternoon drinks. The location was perfect.

I’ve stayed many times and maybe the flooring in rooms will eventually need changing. It’s looking old.

They are consistent in all areas. Pleasant surroundings, great staff. Perfect location for everything. And their breakfast buffet is so varied, wonderful choices and tasty!

Rooms are on the small side, but we managed!

The location is amazing, in the heart of Askusa above a Uni Qlo store and a couple of restaurants. It is only a short walk, 10 minutes, to the subway. They have a little balcony with great views of Senso-ji temple and Tokyo sky tree. The staff we all lovely, very helpful and kind. Every evening they had welcome drinks so you could have a snack and a drink which was a nice touch.

From friendly check-in thru self check-out, everything was better than expected. The location was perfect for our purpose of visiting the nearby temple and experiencing the Asakusa area. The room was sparkly clean, the beds were the comfiest of our entire 2-week trip, and the self-serve amenity bar was a really nice touch. Will def recommend to anyone travelling to Tokyo.

Nothing, everything was great

Best hotel we’ve been to in Japan so far! We loved everything. The location, the views to the shrine and pagoda, the welcoming staff and the comfortable, big rooms. We highly enjoyed our stay and recommend staying in Richmond hotel premier Asakusa.

We stayed at the hotel twice and both stays were pleasant, the location is excellent, the staff is friendly. I really appreciate that there is a coffee machine that grinds coffee on the spot in the lobby, because I need to drink good coffee in the morning. One of the best breakfasts you can find in hotels. From miso soup, cooked dishes and fresh juice to delicious breads, salads and fruits. Below the hotel there are several great restaurants (for okonomiyaki and kobe steak) and a UNIQLO department store on two floors.

The shower wasn’t a shower. We prefer a standing shower in the tub so that the water doesn’t go everywhere. It’s hard to keep the towel & clothes hanging somewhere while bathing.

Some rooms have views of the Sensoji Temple and Sky Tree. The room and beds were great, very comfortable compared to so many other hotels, and all staff members were friendly and helpful.

Located in the heart of Asakusa within a few minutes walk to Sensoji Temple, shopping and market areas of Nakamise. Such a convenient location in an area all travellers are bound to come to.

Pillows are way too soft to sleep.

Location is perfect, central of everything and within walking distance to Sensoji. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Uniqlo is at the 1st 2 levels of the hotel and 4th level has alot of nice restaurants too.

When we requested for Eco cleaning, the bed was not made proper (did not expect change of linen), we did not expect the duvet was just loosely pulled over the pillow.
