Pillows are way too soft to sleep.

Location is perfect, central of everything and within walking distance to Sensoji. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Uniqlo is at the 1st 2 levels of the hotel and 4th level has alot of nice restaurants too.

When we requested for Eco cleaning, the bed was not made proper (did not expect change of linen), we did not expect the duvet was just loosely pulled over the pillow.

Unfortunately my wifi disconnected every day, and didn’t recognized the password. I had every day to asked them to reset my internet in my room.

The property is very well located, around the hotel were a lot of restaurants and places for shopping. Staff were friendly and nice.

Close to all attractions and the markets. Staff were fantastic. Will stay here again on our next visit. Rooms are typical of Tokyo and tend to be smaller in Asakusa but comfortable and clean.

The hotel has no wellness feeling to it but its just perfect for a city stay.

Extremely good location. I always like co.ming here when i am in that part of tokyo. With just approximately 3 min walking to the shrine its very close to everywhere you might wanna go. Judt step outside the hotel and you are in the city area. There are many possibilities to spend your time and money. The hotel itself is not bothered by the frequentation downstairs. Its rather quiet. The staff is nice and the breakfast is good. There is also possibilities to wash your clothes.

Just that the dining room staff could be a little nicer.

The location is excellent. A great view of the Skytree and the Senso-Ji Temple from the window of my room. Everything was walkable from the hotel, including the Senso-ji Temple, the shopping, the restaurants, and the Asakusa Station where I caught the G line to downtown Tokyo. I did pay for breakfast, which was very good value, but unfortunately, the dining room staff was a bit surly. The staff at the desk was OK.

The room is very small and no cabinet for clothes.

The location of the property is very good. There are a lot of restaurants around the area. Uniclo is just down the building, and Don Quijote is just a minute walk. There is a very close temple near by and a food market which is a tourist destination. This hotel is very highly recommended. They also have a balcony where you can have the best picture with Tokyo Sky Tree.

Fantastic location in the heart of Asakusa. It was tremendous to be able to walk right out into such a vibrant neighbourhood. Appreciated the coffee machine and the lobby seating.

All the amenities like food, restaurant and shopping is within the hotel area. The food street is interesting though we didn’t try it. Room size could improve for at least luggage placement, we only had a medium and cabin size, with both on the floor we had little room to walk. Free coffee machine to use, so that is nice.. 4th floor is all food stall and they have a Kobe beef restaurant on the 3rd floor and Uniqlo on 2nd and 1st. They do provide an overnight luggage storage if u travel out of Tokyo, which is helpful. Overall, happy with the stay!
