AustraliaLet's face it, Atsugi is a miserable hole of a city anyway and you would only go there if you had to, so not expecting much. The hotel is clean enough but really dated and quite musty smelling. Very tired/tatty room and bathroom. Probably been in need of a refurbishment for well over a decade. The offerings at breakfast are a bit depressing (save the money and walk 2 minutes to Aeon or somewhere else nearby for breakfast). We were only allowed one room key. Asked for a second but was refused! First time ever in the world we've been told we can't have a second room key. Decided to take the stairs one time from the 10th floor. The stairway was full of upended beds, mattresses and other furniture. That must be illegal and or a fire/evaluation hazard. Just as well Japan never has earthquakes!

United KingdomPaid breakfast 1660Yen = Waste of money. McDonald's around the corner does better breakfast for 600Yen. Rembrandt breakfast few French pastries that were good. Loads of Japanese choices but did not help though. Whole breakfast menu had no fresh fruits or fresh juice. Continental foods were made tasteless, especially scrambled egg was like think gravy. Super salty salty potato wedges!!
Located in prime location of Hon-Atsugi. 3 mins walk to train station and all restaurants around. Room cleaning service and laundry service were too good. Washing machine and microwave in 4th floor was helpful.

IrelandThe room decor was a little bit dated, but did not detract from my stay at all.
I recently enjoyed a fantastic 4-night stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and polite, always ready to help and were able to communicate with me in my native English. I particularly appreciated their efforts with the Ta-Q-Bin and completing the waybill for me. The central location of the hotel in Atsugi was perfect, with shops, konbini, a train station (on the Odakyu line), restaurants, shopping malls and leisure activities all within easy reach. Yet the hotel was very quiet and peaceful to sleep in at night. The hotel facilities were top-notch, featuring vending machines, an ice machine, a lovely bar, shops and a delightful restaurant. The buffet breakfast was particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options, both Western style and Japanese style. I must particularly express my thanks to the breakfast staff for their excellent service and very pleasant demeanour. My room was well-equipped with air conditioning, a dehumidifier, tv, fridge, pyjamas, a trouser press, slippers, and even a shoe-horn, making my stay even more comfortable. The bathroom was also well stocked with personal products like a toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, razor, wash cloth. Literally everything you could possibly need. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great experience! Lastly, the value, which was incredible, given the level of service, the inclusive buffet breakfast, the amazing staff, the room facilities and the complimentary products. I must express my gratitude for a very enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay again if I were to visit the Kanagawa area again.

Sri Lanka1. During booking process on booking.com it is clearly stated that only the hotel can issue an invoice. The hotel refused to give me an invoice because I did payment via booking.com. Also booking.com refused to issue an invoice. In this case I will not get the refund of my trip by my company because I didn't get a valid invoice. Even after several requests the hotel refused to issue an invoice. That is really bad service and for me inacceptable. I will not visit the hotel again nor will I use booking.com for business trips. 2. Hotel Staff could speak more English please.
