We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

AustraliaTV only had a few Japanese channels so no good for English speakers. Had to ask how to use the air con as no English instructions. Had to ask for a higher chair to sit in of an evening as low chairs too awkward for an older person.
Good location. Host drove me to station on departure which I was not aware of so a nice surprise. Only room available when I booked was Japanese style which was authentic. Futon bed was comfortable and private bath and toilet were good. Did not eat in restaurant or use onsen so can't comment on those. Nice heavy curtains so able to block out exterior lights. Very quiet for sleeping.

ThailandWhen you arrive the Ryokan is dedicated to getting you on the slopes as fast as possible. Have arrangement that they call a minibus which takes you to the ski hire rental and then another minibus will take you on to one of the two ski start points

SingaporeGreat place to stay - well run and organised, clean, restful and peaceful environment. Enjoyed the onsen facilities very much and the amenities are good. Daily Japanese breakfast with plenty to eat, tasty food but after 4 days we were hoping for some variety. Service staff were all very accommodating to our requests, friendly and genuinely eager to please; despite limited spoken English. Location is very central but away from traffic noise; and close to great dining and drinking places in town. A relatively short walk from the train station as well; but could take a bit of effort if you have a lot of luggage.

United StatesNot too clean and signs of poor maintenance. Two of three hairdryers in the Ladies Onsen did not work. Wallpaper was torn and dirty around door handles, light switches. Track for sliding screen on window was damaged and could not move paper screen to enjoy the view.
Hotel breakfast was very good, served in the dining room in the second floor, three sittings (7:30, 8, 8:30, you pick a time in check-in). Ladies Onsen was lovely, both an indoor and a screened outdoor Onsen, very relaxing. Tatami mat room with futons.
