We did not stay long enough.

The beautiful view from our corner suite, on the 33rd floor, was exceptional. The extras included for these rooms were fabulous.

Could still hear the trains (including at night time) despite being on the 33rd floor. Nowhere to hang the bath towels.

Very spacious room with great views of Nagoya - particularly enjoyable as we experienced the whole spectrum of sun through to heavy rain and fog during our stay! Conveniently located right next to Sasashima-Raibu Station. Decent buffet breakfast and bar options for the evening. 12pm check-out - later than most other places.

Despite being pretty close to the train station, public transit to downtown areas were awkward to get to and we relied on walking the whole way. Something to consider. That said, if your purpose is to visit attractions on the outskirts (Ghibli Park, Lego Land, SC Maglev, etc.) then the location might be great for you.

Great view of Nagoya; Spacious, clean rooms with a big bed; It's connected to a mini-mall with a convenience store and a drug store.

Breakfast is availabled until 10.30 AM however foods are availabled until 10 AM. So if you come at 10AM there is no more food left. Prepare 10-15 mins queuing in line before table arrangement.

Breakfast is fabulous. Great view from the room.

Beautiful Hotel inside out. Hotel rooms feel so modern. Staff is amazing, we just had a wonderful time. We stayed over in Nagoya to vist Studio Ghibli, glad we chose the Prince Hotel. Perfect to end your day in the most spectacular restaurant with a view to die for.

There waa no coin operated laundry service close by and there isn’t much variety of restaurants around the hotel.

The hotel was clean and very friendly staff. The buffet was nice and I recommend including it in with your stay. The hotel is also on the train line heading towards Legoland

Comfortable, central, great view, excellent breakfast but can be a wait

While central, the location was mildly annoying, as the connecting train on the Aonami line to Nagoya Station (only 1 stop away) was not a JR line, so we would have to exit, and buy another ticket from there to most other places. The area around the hotel has convenience stores and restaurants, but feels very much like a business district and is not really somewhere you want to hang around. The international selection at breakfast was quite limited, and there were days when we had to wait 20-30 minutes for a table.

The breakfast was very good, especially the Japanese options. The location was pretty central, especially if you are planning on going to Legoland or the SC Maglev Museum which has a direct train on the Aonami line. The hotel rooms have a great view, as the entire hotel starts from the 31st floor of the building.

slightly under staff, staffs are well too busy in breakfast time. also, I would expect a better ambience wine/cocktail bar than currently seems like part bar counter in a family restaurant. little waste on its good view

the view of top of Nagoya is stunning and same as photo, amazing ! facilities are new and on spot

Dusty! There are obvious areas in the room that require to be wiped down and dusted. On another note, the carpet is a lighter color tone so, there must be some deep cleaning done as there are also obvious stains.

Great view of Nagoya! You have your own personal obeservatory. Front desk staff allowed us to check-in a bit earlier than actual check-in time.
