While central, the location was mildly annoying, as the connecting train on the Aonami line to Nagoya Station (only 1 stop away) was not a JR line, so we would have to exit, and buy another ticket from there to most other places. The area around the hotel has convenience stores and restaurants, but feels very much like a business district and is not really somewhere you want to hang around. The international selection at breakfast was quite limited, and there were days when we had to wait 20-30 minutes for a table.

The breakfast was very good, especially the Japanese options. The location was pretty central, especially if you are planning on going to Legoland or the SC Maglev Museum which has a direct train on the Aonami line. The hotel rooms have a great view, as the entire hotel starts from the 31st floor of the building.

slightly under staff, staffs are well too busy in breakfast time. also, I would expect a better ambience wine/cocktail bar than currently seems like part bar counter in a family restaurant. little waste on its good view

Dusty! There are obvious areas in the room that require to be wiped down and dusted. On another note, the carpet is a lighter color tone so, there must be some deep cleaning done as there are also obvious stains.

Great view of Nagoya! You have your own personal obeservatory. Front desk staff allowed us to check-in a bit earlier than actual check-in time.

There’s no clear sign of the entrance to lobby which is on the 31st floor. The building seems like a maze for a first timer. During the day, the lift can be super busy as there’re only 2 lifts available. There’s limited shops nearby.

Nothing at all to complain about but if I was to suggest anything it would be to have more food selection and longer opening hours in the executive lounge.

Outstanding in every way. Stylish quality, relaxing ambience and a wonderful room with absolutely fantastic views. Above all was the truly unbelievably good service / staff (at reception and in the restaurant and breakfast room). Delicious breakfast. But apart from the service what surprised me most was the tranquility. It was probably the most peaceful and calming hotel I have ever been in (and I have stayed at literally hundreds of food hotels)- not a disturbing sound to be heard anywhere, ever, despite many guests. Would absolutely recommend it.

The food options in the evening seemed quite limited for a hotel of this type. I instead ate externally.

The view was amazing. Room was clean and spacious. Location was convenient for activities on the Aonami Line (Maglev Museum and LegoLand). Reasonably close to Nagoya Station on foot for those who don't mind or a regular single stop away for those with mobility issues.

The room is clean and the rooms we booked were equipped with big ceiling height window overlooking the view of Nagoya station. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Quite many choices.
