SingaporeThe breakfast spread is the same everyday. No change in variety at all. We stayed at this hotel for 8D7N. After the third day, I got sick of the same breakfast spread. Suggest that they change some breakfast items everyday and have new variety daily.
Location is strategic as it is situated right above Nagoya central train station. Pillow provided is comfortable and there was even iPad provided in the room for use. Room is spacious enough for myself and my 9yo son. They also provide children toiletries.

Everything was well thought out in the room. I can already tell that the hotel values feedback and took action to make the guest feel comfortable. There were many little details that they paid attention to in the hotel room. From hairdyer to the glass door in the toilet. It makes the guest felt well taken care of. The star of this stay is the breakfast. If you are staying in this hotel, do yourself a favour and book the breakfast. The breakfast selections were generous and the varieties of the dishes didn't bore us for the 3 days we were in the hotel.

The deluxe twin room was beautifully appointed with plenty of space to move around and a good wardrobe space. There were lots of drawers as well which was a great bonus. The housekeeping service was very efficient and friendly as were all the staff in the hotel. The location of the hotel is fantastically placed for shopping and is directly opposite the train station exit and entrance for the airport express and easy access to the main station from the hotel itself. We did not eat at the hotel as we we particularly enjoyed the Est Mare bar every evening where, although a smoking and cigar bar, the atmosphere was great and the bar food was very good. I hope to try the afternoon tea in the lobby "Scenery" next time we stay which we hope to do soon. There is a lot to explore in this lovely hotel.

PhilippinesIt was not very easy to go out of the hotel since you need to transfer to another elevator to go to the ground floor level. I tried buying at a conbini at the ground level and I couldn't get back up since the elevatos on the ground floor did not go up from 7am to 10am.
The hotel itself is very nice, the amenities are great as well. I only stayed one night but Nagoya seems like a great place to take a personal trip. The location is perfect since the hotel is at Nagoya station itself, you don't even have to go out.

Didn't get to order food to the room but there's so much around and in the hotel that was never a problem. Highly recommend exploring some of the mall floors as there's many food options. Amazing view of the city if you get a room with "city view".
