The hotel is very clean. You get complementary shaving razor toothpaste toothbrushes and hair comb. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is next to a purple train line and a 7-eleven is across the street.

The Power plugs are completely different from the standard and even no USB connection. Some facilities are not available like there’s no fitness center neither lobby to seat and wait. It should not have 4 stars. I think 3 stars are suitable.

Three of us in the room was a little cramped but bearable. Breakfast was expensive and not all that..cheaper to go to the 7/11 across the road.

If you are after a busy area, I would not recommend as there is not much going on but the hotel is close to the metro station.

Not a lot of outlets to plug in your electronic devices and I wish the TV had access to international stations.

Cleanliness of the room was excellent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Although we didn't have the chance to use it, the hotel's proximity to the train station is convenient. There are also some great dining options within walking distance.

The breakfast is quite rich, but is based mostly on farely local dishes.. it could be a personal preference.. but for me, I needed more cheese selection.. It could help if the staf mastered the English a bit berrer..

Front desk was not so helpful when I asked to extend my stay. Front desk was not so friendly when I asked for guidance on city attractions.. maybe due to lack of fluent English. Breakfast is ok oveall with plenty to choose from.. but would be nicer to have a bit more selection cheese..

The room size was quite small. We chose the option of 3 single beds within the room and you could not even walk around the beds. Very uncomfortable.

Firstly, the room was not big, what wouldnt be a problem if the bed was not so small (120 cm) and not comfortable. The facilities are also old. Secondly, the staff was not friendly or helpful at all. Some of them did not speak English, what made it very hard to communicate ...

The location is very well connected, close to Metro line. All customers get free facial masks, salt baths, and teabags.

The people who clean the rooms make very loud noise and woke me up every day. The vacuum noises is very loud.

Pillows were a little bit hard, however wasn't an issue. No subtitles on the TV, I couldn't find how to put on subtitles , however I didn't ask, mostly just streamed.

Location, location location right next to the subway, clean room, comfortable bed. Coin laundry. Quiet neighborhood. Food stores and restaurants nearby. Breakfast overpriced but stores close by.

The room was a bit small, but I have come to learn that is the norm in Japan.

The hotel was great! Amazing staff, very modern, extremely clean, and an amazing location being only steps away from the Hanzomon train stop. There are both a 7-eleven and Family Mart within walking distance, and the major areas - Shibuya, Shinjuku, etc. are all very quick and easy to get to. Would definitely stay here again!

The welcome we received. The front desk attendant was sitting down when we arrived and wasnt aware we were waiting. He very short and extremely rude during our check in. We felt like we were inconveniencing him by arriving. By far the rudest person we encountered during our stay in japan

The free amenities included bath salts And skincare. A nice touch Ned welcomed after a long day sightseeing in the heat

That breakfast was not included in the price quoted as a deal. There should have been some warning that the price had no breakfast included.

The decor of the bathrooms and the provision of pyjamas - for the first time ever I forgot to pack night wear. What a pleasant surprise to check into this hotel and find that they provide pyjamas😊. And there was enough room to pack two suitcases in the closet- a medium one and small one.
