The location didn’t have a lot to do around with not many restaurants, however it was well connected with a great subway line

There’s a fire station right next door and when they get calls during the night it can be alarming and make you think the world is ending. There’s a automated message that shouts through the streets. Also pillows need help.

Great location in a quiet part of Ginza and easy to get to from metro. Had public baths as well but couldn’t use because of tattoos

Location is great very close to subway and JR. But the size of the room? Oh my goodness, for a hotel in Tokyo downtown, the size of the room matter! And really it was great

Mostly fine but some Asian customers occupied the space and lockers of the public bath room. So I tried to use it later but left them wet towels in there and wet inside the locker. I used my bath towels to clean them.

Room was very small and old. Used two different laundry machines but they didn’t dry clothes properly and they didn’t look very clean. The laundry store nearby worked much better.

Good breakfast. Very nice staff. Helped store luggage after checkout. Fun to explore nearby if you got extra time.

There was no room to go round the double bed which was attached to the wall. Therefore to get out you had to crawl over the other person in the bed

Located far from restaurants, cafes, pubs but a few convenient stores. Not so close to subway stations. Dense smoking smells in elevator sometimes.

Room was wider than expected. Daily room cleaning was good. Wifi was working excellently. Railroad was close but calm during nights. Onsen opens during night time, it's good to have rest and relax mustles after day walking. Air conditioner worked well. Staffs were kind and helpful. Ordinary breakfast buffet.

It was a lot of money considering you had to get a train everywhere (just the same price as other property near main areas)

The check-in procedure was a bit complex, but maybe it was just bad luck.

This is a nice hotel, very conveniently located in a quit neighborhood. Two JR stations and a subway station are at walking distance. The onsen on the top floor is a plus and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I had in Japan. Compared with other hotels in Japan, our room was relatively spacious.

Walls of the rooms are a bit thin so you can hear a lot

Decent sized room for one person, bathroom was a bit oudated but did the job 5 min walk to Daimon station or 10mins to a JR line Nice view from the window of the train tracks Staff were really nice

The lobby was too small. No restaurant no room service. There's is one restaurant only for breakfast and lunch you can't meet your guests for coffee

It feels like it once was a superb hotel, but started going downhill. Don't get me wrong, it's still very good, but a refresh could elevate it from "very good" to "superb".

The public bath area is advertised as the big public bath, but the actual space is not that big. My visit was at 01:00 but the bath had already 4 people inside. It seemed to me that the place was full of people already.

The staff was very welcoming. The hotel looked very clean. The location is OK, but in case you are walking towards it from a train station, you probably need to spend at least 15 minutes to reach it.

The location was perfect, very close to the metro. We took the monorail from Haneda airport to the end and then walked to the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and 711’s in the area. The staff were super friendly and very helpful.

The room and attached bathroom are spacious and clean and equipped with sufficient wall sockets and wall hooks.. The design is modern, nice, and contemporary. The breakfast is good with decent varieties. The staff are very helpful.

Good location, within walking distance from Hamamatsucho station. Convenience stores nearby. Rooms nice size. Breakfast buffet has plenty choice. Enjoyed public bath on the top floor, separate for men and women. Coin laundry available on several floors.
