Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomThe bathroom was a little dated when compared to other hotels we stayed in during our trip. The compactness of the room did also mean there was not much space for our luggage, but a little room rearrangement made this OK. These minor points don't however outway the real poitives with the hotel.
The rooms were compact, but were comfortable and had everything we needed. In terms of location this was excellent within a short walk to the Peace Memorial park right in the heart of Hiroshima. Hotel provides a Guest Lounge on the top floor with spectacular view both north and south across the whole bay and Miyajima island. Throughout the day the hotel provides Free drinks and snacks for guests including ice cream and wine at specific times which was a lovely treat watching the sunset with a drink, before heading of to the local restaurants.

The staff was very helpfull and gav us a room high up in the building with an amazing view (photo taken from the room). The location of the hotel was very good with walking distans to bars, restaurants and shopping.

AustraliaThe bathtub had a problem. Everytime you moved. It creaked. No idea why but it was a little disconcerting. Overall for a 2 night stay it was fine. Again the staff were lovely.
The staff were very accommodating. And the view from the restaurant & the free coffee/tea etc was a plus. It was a pleasant stay.

NetherlandsIt is unbelievable and very customer unfriendly that the hotel doesn't have free early check-ins before 3pm. It was said that the rooms would only be ready after that time but we didn't believe it. Against a fee, it was suddenly possible. Instead we had to spoil two hours of our vacation waiting for nothing. Apparently the rules are more important than hospitality. A missed opportunity to enhance customer relationships and loyalty.
The location in the centre close to ghe Peace Mark, the view from the room, and friendliness of staff.

AustraliaThe hotel is a little on the older side, but by no means a run down. The hotel is also a little further away from Hiroshima station where the Limousine airport bus and the Shinkansen are arriving to and departing from the city. However, the hotel is accessible via a streetcar/tram.
Great location, within walking distance to various sites such as the atomic bomb site, Hiroshima castle, art museum, as well as shopping strips and okonomiyaki joints. The staff are extremely friendly and courteous. Complementary snacks and drinks are a welcome addition to the overall hotel experience. Our rooms are clean and comfortable.

Room was big for Japan. Location was central with a bus stop from Hiroshima station outside the hotel and the Peace Museum a short walk from the hotel. Lawson on the corner for late night snacks. Best part of the property was the lounge area which had sublime views of the Seto Inland Sea or Hiroshima depending on the side you sit. Between 6-8pm they offer free alcoholic beverages and you can watch the sunset over Hiroshima - magical
