The location was perfect - quiet, easy walking distance to the market and Senso-ji temple; right next to the train station and conveniences stores. The staff spoke English and were very welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless and a perfect size for four of us.

- not the fault of the hotel but Japan overall: beware of stairs. There are elevators but there's two you need to take and they are opposites sides of each other so alot of walking and going through people.

- it's a newer building so it's very clean - very large space and fit our group of 7 and our suitcases too - location was amazing and close to station - bed was firm but not too hard. Still comfortable for me and slept well

Rooftop you can skip. The room is small for US standard, but is probably considered generous in Japan. Dryer is not powerful, we need 3 dry cycles (each 30 mins) to fully dry jeans and thick clothes.

The location is excellent. Direct line to/from Narita airport, Ginza line and Asakusa line is only steps away. Familymart is next door. A lot of restaurants are close by and is a very quiet location. The staff speak excellent English and are very helpful. Having a coin laudry facility on site is great for family. Senso-ji tempo is 5 mins walk. I would stay again for a family of 4.

One of the dryers at the laundry room may need some attention. Some dust could be seen flaking out after use..

The location is perfect especially when it's a little more rainy this season. Near to a few train stations and the Family Mart settled most of our breakfasts. For a mum of 3 young kids, it's really superb. Special mention about the bed.. just right for a good night of rest, for someone who doesn't rest well in a different bed other than the one at home.. It's amazing. Thank you for making this possible!

Service was the best feature for me. Manager Shiva was very supportive. All the staff are helpful for suggesting local eateries, booking of attractions and suggesting best routes to take. Room size was perfect and cleanliness was maintained throughout.

The room was perfect for our family, with bunk beds, a kitchenette, dining area and large bathroom. Rooms were clean and modern, and service was always friendly and helpful. The location couldn't have been better, right next to Asakusa station, and a short walk to the beautiful Senso-ji. We were up early each morning due to jetlag, and Tokyo is well-known for opening late! Our location was perfect for this as we could walk through the parks along the river, to Senso-ji, or to the 24 hour Don Quijote nearby. Our view was across the river to the Asahi gold statue and Skytree beyond. Even better views are available from the rooftop which is accessible to guests.

Very close to Asakusa station so it was good to have the few mins train ride from the other parts of Tokyo to wind down and then not walk far from the station to the hotel. Very close to Sensoji and the small shopping strips. Hotel was spacious enough for family of 4
