Not much space for luggage, ended up having to zip bags and stand them up to be able to move around the room. Pillows uncomfortable, as is usual in Japan.

Absolutely amazing view from our room. Bathroom was small but functional.

Clean,building just next to JR Tokyo station,friendly staff,well facilities (laundry machine,gym,ice machine,TV with youtube and Netflix,room service,bathtubr in the room),walkable distance to Pokemon center at Nihonbashi, underground street for shopping and restaurants.I’d like to compliment to all staff who help my daughter who fell and injured her head on 5th June night to Emergency Department at Tokyo University Hospital in time,Thank you so much for your help! My family will definitely come back here again!

The hotel was relatively expensive but again not too bad by Tokyo standards. The location near the station was good but otherwise not much atmosphere in the area around the hotel, mainly offices.

Location was perfect for us as it was very close to Tokyo station which we used every day. The rooms were small but normal by Tokyo standards. We didn't use the other hotel facilities so can't comment. Staff were helpful. Views over the city were outstanding.

As others have said, the rooms are poky (bed against wall) and very dated. Very few power sockets - we had to boil the kettle in the bathroom. You’re paying for the location - in other Japanese hotels we had far superior rooms for this price (about £230 per night)

Location (take Nihombashi exit from Tokyo Station), fantastic views from station side rooms including the bathroom, clean with comfortable bed and choice of pillows

Hotel was quiet and calm. Room views spectacular and size of room good with space for chairs & table. Connects into Tokyo Station and malls. Allowed to check in at 1pm. Great train set in the 27th floor lobby

It’s so close to tokyo station and the hotel was very nice and clean, Also the staff was so helpful so we really like to stay in here..!! It’s the best hotel for us specially we have a toddler. 🥰🥰🥰

Can’t say that there was much we didn’t like… maybe only that the room was small compared to what we are used to.

The hotel was conveniently located at the train station. Quick access to trains and lots of food and shopping. Overlooked the bullet trains. It was fun to watch.

The hotel is from 27th floor to 37th floor I guess. Our room has window but no view.

I like the location of this hotel. It’s literally next to Tokyo Station. Lots of restaurants, convenience shops, supermarket, starbucks and Daimaru Mall. Very convenient for shopping.

View, comfort, location

Being located so close to Tokyo Station made it easier to get to after arriving at the station and then later transferring to the airport. Also provided great options for shopping and food.

I LOVED this hotel. so accessible because Tokyo station is at the hotel door front, very close to shops and restaurants (especially the restaurants in the station/malls which I liked for how casual and good value they were, while still being tasty). We were very kindly given a room with a view of the trains going in and out of the station, and as a small-time train enthusiast, I consider this a million dollar view. The rooms are normal sized for Tokyo (smaller than cities in US, Aus, Canada etc) but still felt high-end and very clean and very comfortable. Staff were very nice. I will stay here again.
