We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaNothing that I didn't like but a couple of notes: You get a couple of free drink tokens when you arrive, which is great but, be aware, that they are valid for a certain time block in the day. A small gym would have made the hotel even better.
The library and 24-hour cafe (serving Fuglen coffee!) in the lobby were great! The rooms were a good size, well furnished, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Distance about 1/3 to train station, 2/3 to city center, very good location. Konbini just around the corner. Metro station short walk, Very nice hotel-atmosphere! Very nice and helpful staff! IrelandCheck out at 10 am is too early, in my opinion. Most other hotels in Japan allow check out until 12. Breakfast options are very limited, as someone with a food allergy I was not able to avail of breakfast.
The room was small but clean, modern and comfortable. There was a comfortable reading chair too. The lobby is like a cafe/bookshop, which creates a lovely atmosphere. You get a token for one free drink at the cafe upon check in. The location is good, close to a metro station and plenty of convenience stores.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was comfortable, facilities and food were good. Process for checking in and out was simple. Area convenient for stations and had a nice park right outside.

United KingdomThe hotel had a lovely theme based around the cafe and library it had on the ground floor. This was open to the public as well as hotel patrons. As a guest, you could access a free book and a welcome drink at the cafe. They had English books, however, they tended to be on the higher shelves (can’t blame them!). The ‘book’ theme ran throughout the very modern and stylist hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well fitted out with all the usual refinements at this price bracket. The bed and bedding were notably comfortable. Two laundry machines were on the ground floor and worked exceptionally well (2-hr cycle for standard wash & dry in same machine). The room was a little on the small side for a twin bed set-up, however, it would not deter me from returning. The hotel is 1-stop away from Nagoya station (Fushimi which is less than a 5-min walk to hotel). I would highly recommend a stay here.
