The reading room and cafe were very pleasant. The selection of books in English was pretty good. The staff were really helpful, too. The rooms were good-sized and comfortable, based on my experience in Japan. It's close to a subway station and in walking distance of Nagoya Castle.

It was an awesome stay! Very nice position, close to metro, and in front of a small lovely park. The staff was great and professional. The hotel has all the services you might need! I also used the laundry room, it has new machines. Lastly, I loved the hotel concept! So nice!

Very clean. It was easy to check in and out. They allowed us to store our luggage for the day, even after we checked out. They also gave us a free drink ticket for each person.

Love the vibe of the hotel. It is well located and a short walk to the subway station. Restaurants and convenience shops within walking distance too. Room is in good size and well facilitated. I really enjoy my stay at the hotel and will definitely stay again if I go to Nagoya in the future.

Location a bit far from nagoya station. Not too many food options nearby. Far from shopping centres.

Cute concept with books, but they are almost all japanese so beware that tourist might not be able to enjoy it.

The room was a little small but it had everything we needed.

Love the books theme. The room had books on the shelves to browse and a chair and footstool for reading. There are books you can borrow from the main library in the reception. The breakfast was good too.

As it’s in the action a lot of outside noise. But, headphones in, balcony shut, fridge unplugged, it’s ok. It’s just hot, but there is aircon, if you’re happy with that noise. This might be a me issue 😂

What a lovely hotel to stay in! We loved the location, the book cafe, the facilities and staff were great. A perfect spot to explore Nagoya and visit the Ghibli theme park. The hotel is just a couple of minutes on the line which takes you to Ghibli park. The room was a good size (for Japanese hotels) and the staff were always helpful and friendly. Plus there were books in the room too.

Room was modern and spacious. No problems with having our luggage delivered here, and the staff were very helpful in helping us deliver it on to the next location. Staffed 24 hours. Cafe was open late and sold good coffee. Laundry facilities in the lobby. Library was interesting, but obviously all the books were in Japanese. Very close to a metro station.

Huge thanks to the hotel staff which was super friendly and helpful for my questions in advance! The hotel design is interesting and looks unique, the library in the first floor next to reception and hotel cafe results in a pretty nice and calm welcome! For the room itself, it is concluded in just a few words: Small ... but very well set-up, comfortable bed, small sofa, minibar and a small but functional bathroom. Laundry/dryer machines are available on the ground floor, washing & drying was about 500 Yen. There are some small restaurants near the hotel, more options closer to Nagoya Station. 7 Eleven store is about 3min walking distance, a Lawsone store just across the hotel entrance. For my stay, everything was perfect – I can highly recommend the hotel!
