Small room, like in Japan... No stairs between the floors, only elevators.

Most of the staff speaks English and helped us a lot with info about trains and even food. There are washing and drying machines on several floors. The transportation around is excellent. Also food eatable for foreigners is excellent and cheap, including vegetarian.

Room was very good and clean. Twin room had lots of space. Staff were very friendly. Located close to a train station and bus stop with lots of good routes to take you to attractions. Shopping district about 5-10mins down the street. And very cool book store close by.

Better to have some directional sign from the train station to reach the hotel. I think the name TOYOKO may perhaps change to another name different from Tokyo- too similar for anyone who is new to the name . Even the taxi driver make

1. Coin laundry machines are scattered on different floors (3 or 4?) where there is only one on each floor where it's available. If you found it's occupied, you need to use elevator to other floor to check its availability which is itself inconvenient. The worst was even if the machine stopped, guest might not get their clothes out immediately or shortly after it's done. Usually there's a basket or plastic bag available in the laundry room but there's none in this hotel. Even if you want to take the clothes out you can do nothing except waiting outside. Perhaps you can report it to front desk. But other guest might come and wait when you leave. 2. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Hairs was found in a towel.

Location is good. 2 quite big supermarkets are nearby. metro is also just a few blocks away. Front desk was friendly and spoke good English (actually most staff I saw there was not Japanese).

The room is clean with sufficient facilities. The staffs are friendly and very accomodating. I checked out in the morning and they provided facility for guests to store the luggage after check out. I came in the evening to take my luggage and asked if there is private room or corner I can use for prayer. They arranged a closed corner in the lobby area for me to perform prayer. I am so grateful that they are willing to accomodate my request when I am practically no longer their guest (as I have checked out in the morning). Good location, too!

The coin laundry was always full of other guests' clothes so my group skipped laundry for the entire duration of our 3-day stay.

Excellent location with extremely clean rooms! I appreciated that the staff accommodated my request to have my room close to my group's. The cleaning staff is incredible!

I thought the value and location was very good. Tully's coffee is next door and so is Yayoiken. With these two around you could get a western style or Japanese style breakfast easily. Also the bus stop to everywhere you need to go is just right outside.

The windows are blurred and you can open them just a bit. There wasn't much space to hang clothes or to put our bags.

The location is pretty good as it is in between 2 stations. Convenience stores right next to it and walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The bed was comfortable and there is a daily cleaning service.
