The bed was very small.

The room was small, though averagely sized by Japan standards. The hotel is in a great central location for shops and restaurants. The hotel has complimentary free drinks on the second floor. We used the washing machines on the ground floor, which were excellent. The staff spoke English and were attentive and very helpful.

The hotel is exceptional. It had its 2 years anniversary during the days we stayed and we got some complimentary drinks to celebrate it and the staff organized some other special events as well. The room and the facilities are new, the breakfast is delicious, focused on typical Okinawan dishes; this was a great opportunity to try some of the dishes on our checklist without the need to go a restaurant (or go to a specialized one for the dishes we liked the most) Location is not too far from Kokusai Dori to come and go as you please, and not too close either to be overwhelmed by the crowd and noices. The staff was lovely and eager to help on any request we had.

Nothing, my stay was fine.

Hotel was good. No complaints about the room or breakfast. Location was near the main shopping street and close to public transit. Bed was comfortable, and the room was perfect for one person.

Parking didn't seem to be a guarantee but rather a first come first served basis. Early parking is charged extra at hourly rate.

15 min walk to Kokusai-dori area so it was close enough and it was very quiet. Connecting room for this price was great and the staff was all friendly. Tea time during the day was also a nice way to get some free refreshments.

The bed was quite hard

Location next to the main street and monorail station is perfect, just a 5 minutes walk. Breakfast was really good with choices of japanese and some western food, I really liked the coffee. The rooms are nice and clean, with a big shower, little space for your belongings (like everywhere in Japan) and a Queensize bed, which was a bit hard.

There are not that variety in breakfast and the staffs cannot speak English, which makes difficult to communicate especially when they have questions regarding our bookings

Unfortunately, I was unable to wake up for breakfast due to the comfortable beds, but the area was pretty quiet a little way off a street full of tourist stores and small shops. So much shopping available. Loved the extra hour I had for checking out of a club room.

A pool would be a plus.

A well-located, business-oriented hotel. Walking distance from the shopping street and the monorail. Staff was very friendly and rooms were spotless.

Everything is good in the hotel.

My favorite parts of the stay are the awesome bathroom and astonishing breakfast. The individual bathroom is with plenty room and comfortable bathtub that I enjoy the wonderful bath time every day. The toothsome breakfast is full of all kinds of cuisine including Japanese, Chinese, and wester style dishes. The biggest problem is how to choose the most like one. Customers would enjoy many kinds of beverages from 10:00 to 22:00.

Although everything was quite good, it would be nice if the hotel can make the following improvement 1) the curtain is not thick and dark enough to cover the strong Okinawa sun. 2) only japanese channels and you have to pay for english channels 3) since I don't change the towel everyday (for environmental protection purpose) it would be nice if they have a few racks for hanging towels in the washroom 4) the aircon was cold in the day time but usually not cold enough after a whole night 5)

This is one of the cleanest and newest hotel I have stayed in. The location is good. It's very near the shopping area but not in it so it is not that busy and noisy. The room is quite spacious (because I have chosen a superior room), very quiet, no people shouting at the corridor and no banging of doors. Very classy and modern design. Cheap parking directly next to the hotel. Washroom spacious. Staff are friendly although not everyone speaks English. However the male staff (Gurung??) was very polite. The one I have to specially mention is the lady from Shanghai China (Shu?). She speaks excellent English and was very helpful. She called and checked for us whether we could take the glass bottom boat for seeing fish. She even made good recommendation for us to visit DMM, Iias and the beach. We spent the whole day there. Since she was on leave the following day, she even left a note for her colleagues to follow up on the next day to check whether the boat would be in operation. For the other staff who do not speak English, they have a device for you to say something and then the content will be translated to Japanese for them to check.

The shower design is a little confusing. I was really confused on how to turn the water bigger, but at last I got it all worked out!

So clean and the location is just too convenient !!! Love it !!!! Perfect for first timers who just travel to Okinawa! Don't need to worry about not having a car!
