The room is pretty small and the couch and bed should be a little bit more comfortable, but it's not a big problem when you can enjoy onsen and good location :)

the breakfast buffet is only Japanese style, and maybe not so appetizing for Western taste. I chose a cabin room. Unfortunately my neighbours did not pay much attention to the silence instructions after 10pm, which made it quite difficult to fall asleep.

Located 5 minutes from the station, on the first floor of a building. The staff was very helpful despite the language barrier. The onsen is pleasant.

The capsule rooms were quite noisy, but that was kind of to be expected.

Very nicely situated near the station. The staff was extremely polite and very helpful. The complementary drink every evening was a nice little extra. All in all a nice and clean hotel.

Situated on the 6th and 7th floor of a building close to the train station (you can even get there via an extensive underpass to the big basement supermarket during the day) this strait forward hotel offers great service by the staff, a big lounge, a small gym, separate public baths and a dull cafeteria style restaurant with an average breakfast. Didn't see anyone dining there. Rooms with enough space not to constantly bump into your luggage. A positive surprise on our trip.

I used a "pod". The Bed and the chamber were totally clean and comfort. But it was sometimes a bit noisy on the floor.

The pod room is just not as comfortable as I had in similar hotel. But still quite good.

Pod room with bed, round table and small locker. Showers are big and comfortable, towels are included. There are a restaurant, bath, fitness at upper level. Unfortunately couldn’t use the bath because of tattoo. You can leave luggage if come before check-in. Free umbrellas in case of rain.

Noise travels very easily in the cabin rooms, and you can hear everything going on outside. Due to people talking, watching TV, snoring, and blow drying their hair there were a few nights when I slept badly,, even with ear plugs/headphones.

The hotel had all the facilities you could need, including good shower facilities and a laundry room. The cabin rooms were like a private single room, and the beds were comfortable. The spa/bath area of the hotel was so nice, especially the one that was partially outside. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Very short walk from the train station. Stayed in a women's capsule room one night. Surprisingly comfortable and pretty quiet. Staff was meticulous and ultra helpful about every detail. The breakfast was also done nicely.

The things I didn't like about the place was: the bathroom/toilet was so close to the capsules rooms that you can hear everything and it wasn't closed off/walls that block the noise. Which means you can't use the hairdryer at certain times or you don't want to shower too late or you'll wake other people up, there was much amenities to use. There was the big bathroom with hot bath and showers but it was upstairs (different floor and walk pass reception, male room and gym to get there) but it was a hassle to get up stairs in the middle of the night. There was free water upstairs main bathroom but not downstairs near our room Other thing is the room was hot with no air con that you can't sleep properly, there was a sign indicating if you want to turn on the air con to ask reception which I did and they told me that they can't do it (which is pointless and why put a sign there)

This hotel was cute and there was a capsule section in the middle which was nice. The location was great and easy to get to. The staff was friendly and trying their best to communicate with me in English. They were very patient. Plus there was a welcome drink.

It can get pretty noisy at night!! Especially when somebody uses the dryer. The dryers are too loud.

The location, presentation, staff and overall building was amazing. I enjoyed going back and forth from the station as it was too close.

It was noisy due to the bathroom, right beside the cabins. Guess were drying their hair at 11:20 at night which was very loud in the cabin we had.

The only negative was the pillow, it was too soft. Then of course some people don't follow the rules like not using the hair dryer late, but that's not the hotel's fault.

The bath facilities are really nice and you have your own little space. You can check how full the baths are using a qr code in your room which was very helpful. The gym was good too as was the laundry. There was also a couple of vending machines and a big area where you could eat. Another plus is that it's situated very close to the station inside a shopping mall which has restaurants and cafés too.

The facilities were easily accessible and plenty, but both the shower and dining room felt like they had a bit too many cost savings, with shower heads becoming small adjustable plastic ones. In the dining room i could find a trash can and it wasn't all that inviting or cozy. Felt like a small school cafeteria.

It is a large and open hotel with easy access to the shower, gym, work room, and laundry. The staff was nice and helpful. The room felt a bit more private than a normal capsule
