The small space shocked me but everything necessary was included in the hotel. Other people were a bit loud at times but they were properly warned and the rest of the stay was quiet. They ran out of laundry detergent for a couple of days but it was restocked shortly after.

I like the eagerness of the staff and how they were all extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was great since it was next to the train station. The room is kept very tidy and the trash can be left in front of the door each morning.

It was a little rundown, so if you are fussy, I wouldn't recommend.

Staff were fantastic. Room was super basic but I was only staying one night. It was a little bit of a walk from the station, but not too far and around so many facilities.

Mostly was ok for the price paid. One suggestion, in the very small bathrooms it would help if a small shelf could be put up to hold the shampoo and shower bath soaps, trying to put them on the sink and bathtub edges was very inconvenient and kept falling.

Good location and close to convenience stores and local train station. Walkable distance to Skytree and temples nearby.

The location is a bit far. The room is not spacious.

It’s clean and comfortable. Kitchen utensils are free for rent. The staff are nice.

Some parts of the room were dusty. Maybe disposable footwear and cups are more hygenic? A bit on the pricey end esp the 1st and last day dont know why. Bathroom is a bit cramped.

The room is on the small side. It’s hard to access the bathroom b/c the bathroom door hits the wall. Maybe it was just the way my room was laid out. But overall, it was a great location & space for solo traveling. I would recommend it.

The hotel is a 5–7-minute walk from the Ginza Line, which is excellent. You can get anywhere from there. The room has a hot plate so you can cook breakfast. Easy to find and good staff

It would be better if you can provide some small dish or bowl for heat the food and dishwashing liquid.

The location is great. There are many convenience stores around the hotel and also supermarket just 6-10 minutes walk. The bus stop and train station is not far too. The room is clean but a little bit old but it's okay. I like that they have bathtub so I can enjoy the hot spring in the room in winter.

Great Hotel for longer stays and staffs are very friendly. It's also only like 1-2 mins walk from Inaricho Station and just around 10 mins walk away from Ueno Station.

4 min walk from Inaricho station so its a convenient location. A lot of attractions and markets are 5-15 mins walk away. The hotel is cozy.

The room is a bit small but that's expected for Tokyo. Hotel staff were super friendly and attentive. The location is perfect if you're planning to do lots of day trips (~10 min walk from JR Ueno Station). Very close to Asakusa area. But it is a bit further away from Shinjuku/Shibuya/Harajuku areas (~40 mins JR/local trains) .

The bed is a little hard, but we weren't particularly bothered by that. The room could use a more thorough vacuuming, and generally some more care, but the bathroom and bed were fresh and clean, which was the most important parts, so we didn't really mind. It is a very small space, even based on our other experiences in Japan, so be prepared for that. We didn't have our luggage with us and that helped a lot, but if you plan to take big suitcases with you, you might have some difficulty. We are both tall/big by Japan standards so initially struggled with the fit, so keep this in mind!

You get exactly what you pay for. We just needed a place to crash after our long flight from Australia. The bathroom was clean and usable, the shower had fantastic water pressure. We liked that the building was quiet and because we arrived late at night, and left before the front desk opened, we only spoke to the night service manager, and he was very helpful and welcoming. Even before our stay, the property reached out via messages here on booking.com to make sure we could find the property and to give us the after-hours code for the front door, which I appreciated a lot. The free items at the front desk were very handy, the internet was fast and easy to connect to, overall a good experience, if not a particularly extravagant one.
