We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeThe room was not clean, with many hairs on the beds. The toilet curtain and bathtub were also dirty. There is no separate shower room, only a bathtub for showering.
There are two shops on Level 1 where I could buy groceries. The restaurant provides a buffet dinner until late, making it convenient. This hotel is a good option for a one-night stay due to airline schedules. The hotel provides free shuttle bus to Airport.

United StatesSo location in the issue. If you just need to sleep a night and catch a flight then this is a good hotel. The shuttles are prompt. The problem otherwise is the location. It isn't really close to any place to eat. There isn't anything nearby such as good restaurants etc. So, you end up catching the shuttle back to the airport for restaurants or places to eat. Unless of course, you eat at the hotel, which is a bit higher in price.
Good for the price. affordable. Good hotel with amenities. Staff is very good and attentive. Shuttles to the airport are quite prompt. Sometimes the shuttles are full, so give yourself enough time to get in line early.

United StatesOnly bummer was dealing with the early morning shuttle back to the airport to catch the train. We got downstairs 30 minutes early to make sure we got a spot after learning the day before it can fill up. There was no clear place to line up even though we asked about it (they said to just wait in the lobby) so we ended up near the back of a confused crush of other tourists. Luckily the bus filled to about 80% so everyone got a spot. But it would have been better if they had just put out the line signs earlier so everyone could line up in order of arrival.
This was a great hotel for sleeping off jetlag before starting our proper vacation. Hotel was close by, clean, and affordable. Perfect for what we needed.
