Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It's location and easy access from NRT is amazing and made life for us much better getting a good sleep before taking on Tokyo.

A good hotel for your transit from Narita airport during night time as they do provide free shuttle bus till 11pm, very convenience. Quiet place for a good sleep before the next morning flight. They provide free ice cube, vending machine selling drinks outside the room. Hotel convenience store and drug store downstairs for last mins shopping which is good.

AustraliaTwo things I would give feedback on it isn't soundproof noise from the front door. I can hear visitors talking and cleaners cleaning the rooms. The other thing is, one staff didn't have proper customer service. Listening skills aren't the best! I had to keep explaining it over and over.
The location was perfectly close to the airport, especially since a late flight arrived. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle bus, which is easy to find once you exit Terminal 2. I love how the hotel provided PJs, shampoos, conditioners, and bathwash. It has a convenient store and a drug store. You can buy fresh meals, drinks, souvenirs, and phone cables. Staff are friendly amd helpful.

AustraliaThe Narita Tobu Hotel is perfect if you have an early flight. The rooms and large (perfect for repacking your suitcase) and highly comfortable. The onsite restaurant is also great, offering a buffet as well as a la carte options. The free shuttle bus runs from 5am and is well organised. Our stay here really took the stress out of our early morning departure.

RomaniaGreat hotel near Narita Airport. They have a bus from the terminals and to the terminals - i believe it's between 5 in the morning and later in the night. If you don't have the time for the bus, you can just take a taxi, it takes you around 1000 YEN. I don't recommend walking to the hotel, it seems close on the map but you might walk to close to the road. The check-in and checkout were fast and smooth. They also offer breakfast, so you can find something for every taste. they had even fruits and for Japan, this is a big deal. The room itself was old and a bit dusty, but we had hot running water, amenities, and everything you might need for a 1-night stay. For us was a great value, we even ordered room services, and the food was good, we had better pizza than we had in Europe in fancy places. Don't expect Egyptian cotton and a 5-star room when you pay 90 Euros per night with breakfast included.
