Staff had fluent English, they were sociable and made you feel that they were interested in you as a person as well as a guest. The guest house was Immaculate. I highly recommend Wagokora.

The place was fantastic - tidy and clean rooms with excellent service. Wagokoro is located in a beautiful, quiet part of Tokyo, filled with incredible restaurants and is only a short walk to Nippori Station. The staff were so kind and attentive and our room was cleaned/refreshed every single day. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Kind staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and easy access to the rest of Tokyo, Narita airport, and the Shinkansen. Located in a quieter residential area but there were still plenty of good food options around. Awesome bakery nearby (and open early!).

The staff could not do enough for us, absolutely amazing service and mindset - definitely the real Japan. The area was just as we would like it, close enough to the hustle and bustle but in a nice residential neighbourhood. We would definitely stay again!

It's a bit out of the way - about a 10-15 min walk to Nippori station on the Yamanote line, but worth the walk given what good value it is

Excellent value! The room was a good size, with a nice little sofa and a comfy bed. The staff were super nice and helpful and spoke very good English. There's a nice lounge next to reception with free tea, coffee and iced coffee, plus a small kitchen to cook your own meals.

We loved this place, great location in a quiet suburban neighbourhood, close to Nippori Station. Charming Japanese style room, comfy mattresses on tatami floor, capsule style bathroom. Staff were great!

The mattress could be improved, but mostly because we prefer very firm ones.

The location is great. Plenty of convenience stores around, 3-10 minutes walk depending, a delicious bakery, a supermarket in 5 min walk. Close to the Yamanote line, but the best is the staff. Super helpful, friendly, professional and made us feel at home.

We booked this guesthouse in the Nippori neighbourhood by chance and found it very cute. Nippori is away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo city centre and gives more of a traditional vibe. Needless to mention the cleanless of the streets and how polite everybody was. The staff was super friendly, always available and greeted us with extreme kindness. The communal dining area had everything and was available to use at any time. If you don't feel like eating out every night, you can buy food and eat it there. Although the bathroom was tiny the room was of a decent size and super clean. There's a bakery within 2 mins walk which was amazing for breakfast. Highly recommended.

The step up into the bathroom was quite high, but having said that, we adapted and quickly got used to it. A handle for support would have been helpful. More of an issue perhaps for older people or those with mobility issues. Helpful to be aware of.

We loved our stay here. Our first stop in Japan and it was wonderful. The staff are so helpful and friendly. So many little thoughtful personal touches to make your stay comfortable. Fab bakery nearby and a laundromat and 7//11 just around the corner. Easy walk to Nippori station and not difficult to get to from Haneda Airport. Highly recommend staying here.

For who don’t like to walk, i think it’s too far, considering with heavy luggage. The area in the room for 3 quite narrow

It’s has a mix style modern and traditional ryokan kinda vibe, also have a private bathroom and any facilities and nice and quiet neighborhood. The staff was great very demure. The room was exactly like the photo not fake, very clean and look new

Convenient location, friendly & helpful staff. Particularly appreciated that they stored our luggage both before and after checkout. This made a huge difference to our days, allowing us to go sightseeing unencumbered by heavy bags.

The bathroom was comically small.

The location is very convenient when arriving from the airport (just make sure you take the right train). The surrounding neighbourhood is quiet but still has some nice restaurants, bakeries, and bars. The rooms were well maintained and comfortable. The staff were amazing! They helped me find my way around the area and were happy to teach me some essential japanese customs and phrases.
