Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We liked the location a lot. The view from our room was amazing. The room was kept nice & clean. Breakfasts were very tasty. Everything was very well organised, and we were very happy when we found out that the hotel bus can take us (for a small fee) to our airport terminal on a day we were leaving. It was extremely helpful.

Old world charm, gleaming lobby, the exquisite smell and cleanliness. Impeccable staff who greet you with a smile day and night, they are truly professionals. The rooms are large and clean. Room service is punctual and delicious. The lobby cafe high tea is amazing as is the club sandwich. I can't praise this hotel and staff enough. Wish I could stay longer

United KingdomSlightly annoying that the bar on the top floor was only open for drinks after 17.00, so we had to sit in the floor-level bar/cafe, surrounded by people with afternoon tea/cakestands, etc. For an international hotel, they ought to be aware that guests will be on varying time-zones, and have varying requirements, as they adjust to Tokyo time.
We were given a high floor, as per our request. Hotel had an air or calm, and the soft furnishings allowed and sounds from other guests to be absorbed. Nespresso coffee-machine had 4 pods and water bottles replenished daily, which was most welcomed.

United KingdomThe only thing was that we had to pay an extra £11 per person every time we wanted to use the gym and spa facilities. Whilst the facilities were great the cost really should have been included in the room cost.
An excellent hotel where the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a fantastic view of Mount Fuji. The views in the evening from the rooftop restaurant were also amazing. There was a large variety of options at breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying here.

CanadaAmenities like fitness room and pool require additional entrance fees unless you are staying in an executive suite. This was unexpected as most hotels will have this open to all guests.
An exceptiona grandeurl hotel all around. Good location next do Aqua City and Divercity malls with plenty of activities.

I was worried about where to stay, and I thought it would be a place where I could relax even in the middle of the city with a sense of openness and a little bit, so I decided to stay here. We were able to fully enjoy the view from my room all day long. During the trip where we were busy moving around every day so we were able to recharge a lot in a more spacious room. Breakfast could be chosen from 3 different places. One is sushi, the other two are buffet. We had a buffet in a place facing the garden, and we went early in the morning, so we were guided to our seats smoothly, but there were customers waiting at the entrance around 7 o'clock, so we recommend going early. it was summer vacation time. It was very convenient because the limousine bus connected the hotel and Haneda Airport's international and domestic flights. The most important thing I want to say is that the whole family wants to stay here again next time.
