The cleanliness really needs to be improved. It was really gross that our bed had no mattress cover and one poorly fitting sheet. The sheet kept coming off so we were just sleeping on the bare mattress which has stains and was covered in someone else’s hair. The curtains covering the ceiling were broken in places so it got bright at sunrise (5:30).

It’s a very interesting location and a cool concept. The staff were friendly although they don’t seem to speak English, so people who don’t speak Japanese should be aware. It’s a great view of Mt Fuji. The BBQ was cool. You really need a car though.

There were bugs in the room. The bed was comfortable but had these large ends pieces. The room felt cramped. The lights, when in booked I must have missed all the domes lit up. I didn’t care for so many lights.

We are not really picky, but 3 facts made me question the deep cleanliness of the place: We found previous clients food package under the bed. We took a look over the shower room and the place was fool of dust and even a piece of bedding there, also as soon as we turn on the shower, the water wouldn't drain, so once I remove the cap, the drain was fool of hair from previous clients. But over all the place and beddings was very clean and tidy!

The place was exactly as expected by the photos ! Seemed very organized and they had all amenities and tools we needed!! Also a free ice cream!!

The fabric of the dome curtain had a very strong smell that gave me a headache so I wasn't able to sleep well. I wished they opened the windows for a couple of hours before we arrived so the airflow inside to release the smell.

There's a bathroom with a shower inside the dome. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the breakfast is excellent!

Location. Oh man, that is a problem if you relies on bus to ride between thia hotel and the city. Need to rush breakfast to not loose the 9:01 bus. And need to come back by 5pm, its the last bus that covers the road for that hotel. So sad, so annoying.

Toilet and shower was a bit small ... the bed was not clean. There were a few stains spot on the bed frame ..... room was very cold at night we have to turn off the air con for whole night and it can be a bit hot in the morning ~ breakfast, just only the convenient store food ... which we get sandwiches , salads, and fruits ... there's no TV in the room, but everything else is ok .... for this price, I would pay a bit more to go to the place next to it 😅 I don't think it's worth the money ....

The rooms were a bit cold. There were a lot of heaters, but even with all of them on, the room (especially the area of the bed) was still a bit cold.

I loved the location. Some of the staff did not speak english, but we came very far with Google translate. The staff was really kind! The concept is really great. There is also a gate that closes at night. The staff was so helpfull and opened the gate early for me when I wanted to check out.

The air conditioner could use some improvement. As the other reviews said, the room can get really cold at night (and really hot during the day). Shower head was also broken so the water pressure was kinda weak.

The place was really pretty and the bed was so comfortable! Went there for my partner’s birthday and we enjoyed ourselves especially since the place was near everything we wanted to go to. The food was good and the people working there were all very kind and listened to my inquiries and requests patiently. Will definitely come back again when they improve their bathroom and heater.

1 of the 2 room heater is not working. The use of portable heater which need constant maintenance, refuel, left us in the cold for 1 night.

Unfortunately it was incredibly cold when we visited and while our room had a heater it would have been nice if the staff had turned it on before our arrival so our room wasn't like the inside of a fridge! We had it on for ages and by the time we went to sleep we were still freezing. We were also unaware how hard it would be to actually get to and from the location, it would have helped a great deal to have some information from the accommodation such as the fact that you literally cannot get a taxi to pick you up from this location. We had to walk in the pouring rain to the one bus stop that had one single bus we could catch on our departure day, and if we missed that we were pretty much done for. So some guidance on that before arrival may have saved us some stress. I would also recommend bringing your own food if you have allergies or intolerances as the food we were provided with Unfortunately did not meet our needs - so a bit of a waste of money booking food from there.

The location is unique and looks lovely at night. The staff were very friendly. Bed was amazingly comfortable!

I do wish the set up of the tents could be different so everyone has a view of Fuji from their dome. Apple Maps tried to navigate us to a completely wrong area.

I think the lighting, while super vibrant, caters to a very specific guest, which wasn't us. However, we enjoyed it from a "once in a lifetime" perspective.

This location is incredible! Wow! And the concept is novel, loved staying in the little igloo and could appreciate how lovely this would be as a small family or group of friends to enjoy time in nature, under the stars, eating bbq! We were the only people there during our stay which was a little eerie, but honestly, waking up to that view and location was phenomenal.
