Very clean, super close to the train and buses, restaurants and shops, breakfast included. I also enjoyed some time in the “water cave”. I booked an early time and had it to myself.

The frosted glass window gave a little uncomfortable feeling. Better book room with a view.

It was a mini buffet breakfast and it was nice. Food was more western style (Eg. Bacon and eggs with salads and bread). The free tea refreshments was really nice, wish I checked what brand and buy some myself.

Some hotel descriptions mentioned it being soundproof. It definitely isn't, the cleaning staff in the hallway were quite noisy and at night the bars or eating places nearby were easily heard through the window.

breakfast was good, except the reservation for the timing of breakfast in Japanese and in English were both confusing to me at check in. Thankfully another staff member explained it simply in Japanese to me that due to the busyness of the hotel they just needed to reserve a time. I loved the Tuk-Tuk ride, it made it a memorable stay.

Use of the pool, spa, sauna requires an additional charge. Maybe it’d be better to reduce the fees for guests staying overnight.

Very small room. Posterior surface of the TV is full of the dust. The breakfast is not worth . please choose the option with no breakfast.

I hadn't realised there's an extra charge to use the spa and pool, and it's kind of high.

The room was good and comfortable, and there was a decent range of foods at the buffet breakfast.

There was a smell of smoking in the room which was very not nice… The room was also small and a bit old. Room in itself is not nice and for the price it is expensive.

The spa was really good, a bit more small than expected but you have anything you need. The breakfast has a lot of variety and was good.

Bathroom is raised up a bit so when you step out of bathroom you need to watch out your step so you won’t stumble Wish there was egg menu in breakfast

The location is close to a train station and a couple of convenience stores, restaurants and paid parking lots are available nearby. Staff are friendly and decor is nice. Pool and jacuzzi are available with extra fee.

Available non-smoking rooms. Modern tv for hdmi hook-up. More room space.

Location! 2 minute walk to hookah lounge, 5 minute walk to train station. Multiple restaurants and huge shopping center near by. Breakfast included. Didn't take advantage but toured around the pool area, and it looked amazing and relaxing.

Breakfast time was busy so the food keeps running out. It is better to give the guests the option to decide the time they will eat breakfast so the food will be enough. When I went down for breakfast at 9 am, there were no more bacon, eggs, and bread. It was a little disappointing that after I finished my food, then the bacon and bread was finally refilled.

The room is clean and the location is perfect for someone doing work while on vacation. I was able to enjoy Enoshima.

Electric kettle inside the room seemed a bit dusty when I wanted to boil some hot water

Very convenient to the public transportation (less than 3 mins walk to the bus station and train station) and very close to the sightseeing places and restaurants as well.

The only issue I had was I couldn't see any coffee amenities, just a lot of tea.

I am from Jersey, a place known for surfing and beach culture, and Fujisawa has a similar vibe with 8 hotel capturing it perfectly without going over the top, it felt like home.
