Beautiful rooms, the building itself blends well with the surroundings and has interesting architecture. Very modern. Loved the courtyard zen garden. Every person on the staff was just fantastic. Would go back in heart beat. I even signed up for the Dusit rewards program because the hotel was perfect.

The design and layout of the property are amazing with the staff being there for you no matter where you go. When checking in they took my bags and walked me to my room and explained what the room comes with before leaving making me feel special.

This hotel is beautifully presented with impressive architecture and design. The staff are amazing and helpful, the breakfast is excellent, and the bar, restaurants, and spa are outstanding. The rooms are large and appointed to a very high standard. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel at home and don't want to leave!

The Kati restaurant service was chaotic in the morning and slow in the evening. We ended up booking through the hotel another 7 nights and we ate dinner there 4 times: on the one hand after a long day of traveling and sightseeing it was wonderful to have good food without needing to go out but it was strange how long it took for example to get an Aperol Spritz that was very expensive, small, and watered down. The kitchen did a good job but the service needs much more training if they want to truly be a luxury hotel. We had to frequently flag someone down for water etc, about 5 times per meal! We sent back the avocado toast and the side guacamole with the burger back, and noticed several others doing the same. Check out was a very long wait but at least there are seats there. Each day we saw a crowd of people for check in and check out, it seemed so incongruous with the level and luxury of the hotel.

The use of wood, floor to ceiling windows and iron with a courtyard garden created a beautiful serene oasis in a great location. The room was spotless and calming with little touches that make a big difference like a pillow mist gift by your bed. The bathroom felt like a spa with daily bath salts provided. The hotel was the perfect size allowing for very fast access to elevators, easy and fast to and from your room for meals, sightseeing etc. The breakfast fruits and buffet offerings were very high quality. We loved the menu at both breakfast and dinner offering authentic Japanese, American, and authentic Thai dishes. The front was very helpful getting taxis, the concierge helped with very good restaurant ideas and reservations, and the housekeeping very kind.

While everyone was very kind, the service level was different on different days, especially in the restaurant. There were issues with the cooked breakfast one day and the service in the restaurant was not always professional. For the price, they provide very good quality, but there are better 5 star hotels, when it comes to service and the pool area.

The hotel has a very beautiful design. The rooms are spaceious and comfortable. Everything is new and very clean. Breakfast has a good selection and the hotel has a very nice bar too. The hotel staff is very kind and welcoming.

The pool closed to early 9pm We went to a restaurant to ask for information about dinner options and we were wearing casual clothes. A very uptime Japanese man hushed away like if we were contagious. That was quite bad and after it we decided not to expend a dollar in the hotel. So we spent all our money in amazing restaurants in Tokyo and just went there to sleep. Won’t be back.

The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated! It’s super comfortable the second you walk in. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I utilized different amenities, like the pool, dinner, the bar, and laundry service. Everything was top notch. When I visit Kyoto, I’m coming back to Dusit.
