Walk from train station is a little lengthy.

Rooms were very clean and modern. Front desk staff were very courteous and professional. It's a remarkable value for Hiroshima. Within walking distance to Peace Museum and train station.

Bathroom definitely needs a refurbishment, there was only one light in the room so hard to adjust brightness/dim lights.

Very spacious room, plenty of space for big suitcases, free tea and coffee in the lobby, late checkout, good suggestions about places to go by scanning a QR code, good location next to the river.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, quirky little features to help us enjoy our stay, walking distance to the main station and peace park, bike hire station just outside the hotel. Overall a great little hotel to take in the sights and sounds of this beautiful city.

Comfortable decent sized twin room. Hotel about 10 minutes walk from main railway station next to the main river and also easy walking distance from Hiroshima Memorial Park (close to trams if you wanted), other attractions, shops, bars and restaurants. Good buffet breakfast available for reasonable charge.

I did not understand the hotel policy over not cleaning the room everyday, not having a toilet brash, and no phone in the room. I had to take the garbage out every morning and I stayed 6 nights. I told the receptionist about some things to pass on to the management, but I think I talk to the wind.........

Our room was a reasonable size and had a great view over the Kyobashi River. We could relax in the large lobby with comfortable chairs and complimentary filter coffee and tea. Numerous restaurants and cafes nearby for breakfast and dinner. Great location - we walked to all the main attractions.

I've nothing bad to say about this hotel. The breakfast wasn't the best, but for the money, perfectly adequate.

This is a very good value hotel in a good location, next to the river, between the railway station and the Peace Park. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. I would definitely recomend it.

The room wall is soundproof, while the door is not. But it is OK. There were only two pillows, but you may ask for more from the front desk.

Check in was very good. Staff gave us a great dinner suggestion nearby. We were able to leave our luggage there all day on check out day.

The air conditioner in the room did not work very well, was noisy and weak. It has 4 options in total - closed, low, medium and high. The air conditioner is the only reason I gave a 9 in the review and not 10. At these days, there is maintenance work in the hotel including maintenance of the air conditioner, so I hope they really fix it so that it works properly and won't be noisy.

EN Hotel - an excellent hotel in an amazing and quiet location. Walking distance from the main street in Hiroshima and about a 15-minute walk from Hiroshima Station. The hotel is near the river. We got a relatively large and high standard room. The bed is very comfortable, and there is a very large and comfortable desk to work on. The room has a small fridge, a safe, a small bathroom, a place to hang clothes and a TV that was hanging away from the bed and didn't rotate so we didn't use it. We got a room with an amazing view of the river, a pastoral view and a very quiet area. The hotel wifi worked well overall. There were a few times that the wifi worked weaker but it was fixed very quickly. The hotel has breakfast. The price is 200 yen cheaper if you pay for a meal in advance (that morning the cost will be 1,700 yen). The hotel staff is lovely. They helped us with everything we asked or requested and were very professional. The hotel has a laundry service- 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. Washing cost - 300 yen per half hour and dryer cost 100 yen per half hour. The hotel is at very affordable price. Highly recommend!
