Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The place is big compared to hotels rooms that you can find in Japan and there is plenty of storage for your clothes and more ! Good location too ! The staff is really nice and respond very quickly by message. I really recommend this place we had a lovely stay.

We loved the location and clever compact layout of the apartment! Lovely comfy bed and lamps to softly light the space, plus cupboards and hanging space for everything. Check in was an absolute breeze. In a lovely quiet area within easy walking distance to Namba station and major attractions. Suited us perfectly as we like being just off the main drag. We miss our gorgeous Osaka apartment ☺️

Great location near three different train lines which was very useful, and a short walk from Den Den Town and Namba. There's a convenience store right across the road as well. Check in was very easy and I was very happy with the cleanliness of the room, and it smelled quite nice as soon as I walked in. AC was fantastic too. There's a trash room near the entrance which was handy as I stayed for several days. The washing machine was useful and I could dry my laundry on the balcony or in the shower, which had a setting for drying clothing.

RussiaOn the downside, the TV was quite old and didn’t offer much in terms of entertainment—no YouTube app, for instance. Additionally, only one of the gas burners in the kitchen worked; the other wouldn’t ignite, which was a bit inconvenient. Lastly, the couch was a little slippery, so it wasn’t the most comfortable place to relax. Despite these minor issues, I still enjoyed my stay.
I had a great stay at this accommodation! The location is fantastic, nestled in a quiet street just a 10-minute walk from the nearest underground station. There are also plenty of convenience stores (combinis) nearby, which was super handy. The room was exceptionally clean, almost as if no one had stayed there before. While the room is on the smaller side, which is pretty standard for Japan, it was still comfortable. It might feel a bit snug for two people, but for solo travelers, it’s just right. The bathroom was also clean and comfortable, which added to the overall positive experience.

I loved everything, the self service, the spacious room, the kitchen and fridge. This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in Japan. The property manager makes it so easy to send them a quick message if we need more towels or where to put the rubbish or toilet paper ect. I love this place
