Clean new modern! The lighting is well designed. Toilet and shower are separated. Has all business needs, printer, work space, weight scales for your luggage, vacuum bag for shirt to save up space, delicious and wide variety of breakfast choices!!! And off 5 mins walking from hotel reception to my check in counter!!!

I like everything about the hotel. It does exactly what it is supposed to do.

The Chubu airport hotel is connected to the main lobby of the airport. Once you exit from the arrivals area, it takes just 5 minutes to reach the hotel lobby. You do not have to leave the airport. Also, there is a large convenience store right next to the hotel entrance so you can pick up food or whatever you need.

This is a great hotel to stay if you are catching an early morning flight. The room was nice and comfortable but very small. Our flight was at 6 am so we did not try the breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

the breakfast offer many options, everything is tasty and nice. hotel is clean and easy access to many places. there is a convenience store around the hotel entrance and many restaurants in airport terminal, good choice to travellers.

It's a convenient hotel! Just right after returning rental car, just need to go up elevator to reach hotel entrance. Very easy to take a train to Nagoya city too. After check out is just so convenient to go check in for your flights . Nice lobby with free coffee. They even sell blue seal ice cream from Okinawa. The room is pretty spacious ,more so than some other business hotels. Clean and comfortable!

The room is slightly dated but that was no problem for us. It was clean, big, and everything we needed for our last night in Japan.

Top location, entrance is in the hall of the airport. Perfect for catching an early flight. We spent the afternoon and evening strolling around Tokoname Pottery Path (really nice!) and Aeon Mall (great place with a lot of shops and large supermarket, good spot to buy last food and souvenirs before our flight back)!

When we first arrived to the room, we had to insert the key card in order for the air conditioner to turn on so it was pretty warm at first and it took a while for the room to cool down.

Staff was great! Very convenient access to the airport, train station and even a Family Mart just steps away from the hotel lobby! Breakfast was a good value and we had a nice view from our room.

None actually, but if I really had to nitpick, it would have been good to have some trolleys at the car drop off point. The trolleys were located at the lobby, which meant that someone had to take the lift up to the lobby and bring the trolleys down to the drop off point.

Excellent location, just across the road from the airport and accessible via a sheltered bridge. Good sized rooms. I had a twin room and a triple room. The triple room is basically a twin room with an extra bed. Even with the third bed, there was still sufficient room to open luggages. Beds and pillows very comfortable. I liked being able to bring the airport trolleys up to the rooms and using them to transport all the luggage instead of having to lug the luggages.
