Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeThere is weak sound on the Tv .. and The common area are abit run down. can get stuffy in the capsule if you pull down the curtain.
It was ok stay for 2 nights . There are drink machine at the common area and a fridge. The locations are good and easy to find. There are some restaurant nearby , but i could not find anything i like. capsule style bed is ok .I prefer to go to level2 where are common areas to lied down to rest and the aircon is strong too . Hot and cold water provided.

South KoreaIt's right next to clubs and bars. Little noisy at night. Have to get all the luggage out for cleaning although I am staying for 2 days. Electric receptacles were too loose for plugging in the travel converter.(I used a hair band to make it tight)
Great location. Just a 5-minute walk to the nearby subway station. Staffs were kind. Great shower and bath.

SingaporeThe place may not be ideal for those who travel with large suitcases. The sleeping pods may feel a bit hot inside as the cool air from outside does not go inside.
A comfortable stay for a capsule hotel. You can enjoy the communal bath, entertainment and resting area in the capsule hotel too. Despite the hot weather outside, you can stay cool in the capsule hotel.

IsraelI didn’t like the fact that every morning you have to empty your locker and take all your belongings down stairs by 10am, even if you are staying for the night.
I liked the location and the social floor, the onsen was okay but not the cleanest i’ve been to.

United StatesAC in capsule didn’t work, it was so hot that I couldn’t sleep. Mattress was very thin and I comfy. Thankfully I was so hot that I could use the cover as an extra pad. WiFi was terrible, pretty much unusable.
Great location, good bath, friendly staff, cheap. Overall the facilities were very clean.

Close enough for all of the nightlife in Kobe. It was cheap yet very good quality, the staff friendly, and the room ready for me on my arrival. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Kobe for a few days. The bath house was also great.
