Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaVery well located apartment, and also very well equipped. Each direction you walked from the apartment was only a short distance to great locations. This includes shopping areas, supermarket and also the Peace Memorial museum. Located on a main bus route and short walk to street car, it was super easy to travel from the apartment, including to the train station. We also caught the street car to Miyajima island. Great communication from host.

United StatesIt was difficult to recognize the building. I would be better to advertise here as "B-hotel" which is the signage on the building. The address as given on the address was not easy to find by several taxi drivers. I finally figured out that giving the name of a major hotel next to it was easier for get there by taxi. Communication withe the guests could be improved. We had to wait at the door since a form needed to be filled out to receive the access code.
It is a comfortable stay at a good location. The place is very clean and full of amenities. It is at a walking distance for the Peace Museum. And it is an enjoyable walk through a park-like environment.

JapanThe owner of this property has been told that they must obtain and store copies of guest IDs (passport, resident card, or car license) for three years. They also "legally require" IDs from Japanese and permanent residents, despite this not being based on any Japanese law. I do hope they stop overstepping their bounds on this and begin to obey the law. Until then, I can only pray they store the copy of my ID securely! The balcony allows some natural light—and a view of the neighbour's fire escape.
Conveniently located—just a short walk to the Peace Park, entertainment district, and two loop line bus stops!
