We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesCould have used a better map or locations to find food with listed times. Places that would deliver food. No one ever heard of this hotel so I had to know how to get there or had to give exact address.
There was no breakfast; had to go out to find breakfast but all places did not open until 10 or 11 am.

Great location close to everything you could ever want. Super nice staff who let me check in early for free. The room is compact but has everything you need including a washer and dryer, fridge and small stove. Everything was perfectly clean and the bed comfy.

United KingdomIt's odd that there is an induction heater to cook something but there are no pots or pans to cook with? Also, staff aren't always present, you need to ring a bell to get them, best to make sure you message before arrival to let them know when you're arriving, the day before or hours before should be fine. But, if this keeps the price as reasonable as it is, I'd still prefer the staff not always present so it's a trade off. Overall we loved it!
The bath and shower were great. Clean, quiet at night. Location is great. Lots of nice little touches to the place. Wifi was good for streaming but not fast enough to upload loads of videos if thats needed.

Very friendly hosts, flexible and obliging. Could check in earlier and kept luggage for some hours after check out. Facility looked newly renovated, was very clean. Nice amenities. Very nice with washer and dryer. Perfect for longer stays. Definitely will stay here again if in Naha again. Convenient location close to bus/monorail and konbini.

JapanElevator and aisle to get to the guest room were smelling bad (inside the guest room was fine). I didn't see anyone from the staff at any point. I asked for tips and help in the city through booking message, they didn't reply and reception was closed every time we tried to physically go there. Hotel only sent messages when they were interested in the logistics of check in and check out. Bathroom is small and it has a strange setup, mainly for me with 1.9 meters height. The shower stays outside the bath, so it can get pretty messy. In the room, they had a gigantic list of rules the guest should follow, including not letting your hair fall on the floor. Not sure what bad experience they had in the past, but this didn't make us feel comfortable.
Hotel is located close to the one of the main streets in Naha. The facilities inside the room were great, almost like a mini apartment with sink, washing machine, etc.
