We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

JapanI found a few hairs in the room but I guess it is to be expected for this price . Also, the bathtub is a tiny cemented square built into the wall and requires a steep climb so it is definitely not geared toward senior/ special need guests.

Japanthe Air Conditioner was controlled by the front desk. You could only decide how strong you wanted it in your room. Also, the bath tub was not full sized. if you wanted to take a bath you would have to crouch into it.
It was really close to the main Yamagata station. They also provided a free breakfast.

AustraliaA little bit of a hike to get to this APA from the station. Summertime wouldn't be an issue but if you had to pull your suitcases in the snow and cold, would be challenging. No snow when I was there but a very cold wind was blowing. Couldn't walk fast enough!
Exactly as I would expect, clean, tidy, staff friendly. Still can't get used to the pillows budget Japanese hotels provide so I pack a little one. Apart from this the room is very comfortable. A cooked breakfast is not offered at this APA but muffins, toast and coffee provided in the foyer in the morning. Convenience stores close by if you wanted a cooked breakfast.

Japanlobby and elevator smell oddly of chlorine? the rooms are very small, cold and dark. breakfast is just single pieces of bread wrapped in plastic.
