The room was too small even though it was a double room. We had no space to fit our luggages and walk around comfortably in the room. Take note before booking.

Location was ok, and facilities provided for the amount of money was quite worth it. Room was clean as well. Place might be a little hard to find as there are numerous APA hotels just beside, take note to go to the correct one. Nonetheless the staff were friendly and assured us that we were at the right one.

The breakfast service was horrible. I paid for breakfast just to be ignored by the employees and ended up not eating the breakfast I paid for. Employees ignored me and refused to take my ticket order choosing to help customers who came after me.

The room and the bathroom were very small. It was not comfortable getting in the bathtub properly. Definitely will not recommend it for a tall person.

Room is small even though for two persons only. so don't bring big luggages or too many luggages. I have two medium size luggages and difficult to move around in the room.

Arrives early and staff allowed us to keep luggages at lobby till check in time (3pm). Good Location - convenient & good. less than 10 mins walk to train station. Don Quijote store - nearby . lots and lots of things to see and buy Took airport bus to Narita airport. About 15-20 mins walk to the airport bus stop from hotel. Great bathroom amenities provided including yukata There are many APA hotels, nearby.

The only thing was the size of the room which was very small it was hard to move around if you have a decent size luggage. But having said that I don't think you can find any bigger rooms around Tokyo city limits where this size is a standard feature so wouldn't call it a massive issue to be honest.

It was conveniently located near Shinjuku public transport hubs and makes the travelling to and from easier. The rooms are very well equipped and daily amenities and towels provided for each of our 6 nights made the stay even more comfortable.

The room is quite small, but this is pretty common with japanese hotels. We didn't find the bed very comfortable, but this is down to personal preference. We just found it too firm. We decided to buy breakfast one morning but didn't think there was a lot of choice.

The room was really clean the the facilities were great! You get plenty of free toiletries which we found really good. Including toothbrushes and toothpaste. The hotel is in a good location in Shinjuku. Far enough away from the central nightlife but close enough to easily get to. There are metro stations close by and lots of places to eat.

The staff was very helpful really spent time with me in booking my luggage delivery to the airport...thank you very much! The location is good,there is Family Mart across the road,restos nearby. I was able to extend my stay for 2 hrs. A bath is a plus,my son loved it.

The staff were a little complicated upon arrival, they were very strict about check-in time and made us wait until exactly 2pm even though the room was already free and cleaned. I think sometimes sticking to policies too much is not the best approach. Imagine this after travelling all morning and having 4 hours to kill in the baking sun, just wanting to freshen up. The room was super expensive, but we will be fair and say that this was a busy time of year and in a very central location within Shinjuku. Still, you don't get a lot for your money, far less than similar competition that we stayed in during the same trip, and those other hotels & accommodations were far cheaper too.

Stayed one night between destinations, was perfect for this. Plenty of convenience stores and eateries around. Check in/out was easy and quick. The bed was really comfortable, the shower had great pressure. A compact room but it had everything we needed and was comfy.

This property is located on the boarders of Kabukicho which is unfortunately plagued with touts. The hotel also does not have its own laundry.

The staff were all lovely and very helpful whenever needed and the room was clean and comfortable.
