It was a very tiny room, we stayed in a few hotels in the area and this was by far the smallest room.

It was a great location and the room was very clean with a comfy bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and will look after your bags if you check out earlier than your next departure time.

It was super hard to find and the pillows are quite uncomfy - it wasnt too far from the main area of shinjuku but definitely not located in the city area

Room was quite spacious for tokyo and we loved that we both had our own beds

Few things I didn’t like where the elevator did not have any ac and the rooms are not temperature controlled so every time I come back to sleep the room is really hot and I have to turn on the ac on full blast.

Cannot control room temperature. There are instructions to contact staff to adjust it. I think this is not good for summer season in Japan that really very hot. When come back from walking outside I need to attack with cold air from AC.

Price and location were great. Room and facilities also good condition. I like auto check in system and security on the elevator which allowed only guest access.

The room was too hot. The staff gave us a ventilator but it was still way too hot. The lobby and hallway were air conditioned.

The location is very good. Close to several stations and convenience stores. Also Korea town is close.

The outdoor corridor was wet during rainny days. The location is near a main street for ambulance and fire trucks passing, so we haerd around five times of those alarm passing every nights. The refrigerator in my room does not work.

They're many convinience stotes on the main street, no need to worry shipping for soft drinks or breakfast all the days. There r many Korean restaurants opposite to the hotel as well.

We were routed to a different location by another APA Hotel. I understand that it is a chain of hotels, but the staff should be accommodating and give the correct instructions so that guests can navigate the hotel efficiently.

The room and cleanliness were the same in all APA hotels so nothing special. Location was a bit confusing but it`s near Korean town.

Room are on the smaller side of APA standards with no room under the bed for the suitcases. No chair on the lobby to wait.

The rooms are absolutely TINY. I had two pieces of luggage and as a small person, I really struggled to move around the room.

Good central location in Shinjuku, though the area a bit sketchy compared to other areas in Tokyo - I did not feel too uncomfortable or unsafe. The hotel was good value for what I paid.

I couldn't send my clothes to be washed there. It was a pity. The room was quit small (but Ita my first hotel in Tokyo so I'm not sure if it's everywhere)

The stuff were so helpful and friendly. The location is good and even though it was in a very busy area it was was quiet. The bed was comfortable. They were willing to keep my luggage and backpack when I left for 2 day trip in Mt. Fuji. I decided to come back to the hotel again.

The rooms are very small. This explains the low price relative to other hotels. It’s fine for a short stay once you are aware of this.

the cleanliness of the room could be better. there were lots of dusts even with everyday cleaning.

the room was small and tight, but for solely sleeping and fixing yourself for the day, it was enough. they also refill the bathroom consumables everyday (if you request for cleaning)

Room a bit cramped so if you are tall or big bodied, movement is restricted. Also bringing large luggages may even cramped the space however the room is still ok

Location is good, near Train and Metro stations. Safe environment. Lots of restaurants/food stalls etc. Clean room and abundance of toiletries

Room was a bit cramped escpecially the bathroom. The toilet was too close to the wall to sit comfortably but the toilet worked properly. That's all.

Room was clean, quiet. Every fixture was working properly. No bad smell like I saw in some reviews. Accessible from restaurants and konbinis (fam mart and 711). Staff was very attentinve with requests like hailing taxis.
