The room key is used for everything, bath, pool, elevator. Wish we could have kept it safely in out wallet.

The public bath was top teir. So clean and well kept. They explained traditions and rules in english and even had a video on how to wear the attire. The view from the pool was unbelievable!

Room cleaning is to a bare minimum, areas around the TV and under the bed were thick with dust

Although this hotel is good, the rooms are very small and barely have any space to open your luggage on the floor. View was not worth it. Stayed on the 22th floor and it was not very nice.

Location is very good! You have access to two nearby lines, JR chuo-sobu, and the Oedo subway. JR chuo-sobu easily connects to Akihabara and Shinjuku . For the hotel itself the spa was good and spacious. During the stay, even at 6am there were already a few people (5++) in the spa. There is also a Lawson's convenient store with a good selection food and snacks, and also hot snacks (friend chicken) located inside the hotel on level 2.

I know the majority of people are showering before using the public bath, but there was no water running into the rotenburo which made the water feel a little unclean due to the number of people using it. The waiting time for an elevator was really long. I understand there is nothing to be done about it but due to the number of floors you can be waiting for a long time for the lift to arrive.

Not enough hangers. Fine for a couple of nights but not for an extended stay. The towel/amenities bag on the door every morning was a bit too much. And yet only one teabag. More drinks, fewer towels, please! Room is fine for one but it would be a stretch for two.

Amenities are fantastic. Having a spa, gym and rooftop pool with a view of Tokyo for this price is incredible value. Only 5 minutes from Ryogoku station and right by the sumo arena.

Check in process is quite lengthy, sometimes you have to wait a long time for an elevator, the laundry is a disaster: small number of washing machines, some of them not working properly, you have to do a lot of planning to do your laundry.

The elevator system is horrendous. You could easily wait 5 mins on an elevator at peak times while you watch it going past your floor, and there are no accessible stairs past the 4th floor.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. There is a lawson's on the 2nd floor with more than enough food and drinks, and it's open late. Just a few minutes walk to the train station and lots of little places to eat too.

Lacking procedures and staff training when things do not go as planned. Staff weren't trained in how to handle cockroach in the guest room!

There are not enough washing machines for the size of the hotel. The lifts are very very slow. It's not uncommon to wait a good 5 minutes before you can get into one.

Small bathroom

Good value for money. Room is clean and has all needed amenities. Staff is very nice and helpful. Onsen is very big and very clean. Great view in the high floor

The elevators are too slow and the rooms were a bit small

We enjoyed the pool though a little bit pricey, and there is a convenience store inside the building so we don't have to go out to buy for snacks
