Steep staircase to the top floor of the apartment. A little difficult if you have heavy or big luggages or if you are an older person. The apartment is also a little small for 5 persons with 4 luggages. There's hardly any space to move around if we open the luggages. This apartment is best for 3 or 4 persons maximum.

This little gem in Asakusa, owned by the nicest owner Kazuki, is clean, new, convenient to station, very close to Tokyo Skytree and just a couple stations from Asakusa. Kazuki was so nice to offer to pick us up from the airport at a very reasonable price knowing we were arriving late at night and might have problems catching the last train over to his place. He also gave us lots of advice on our trip and was very responsive to all enquiries and questions. If you want a house owner who will try his best to see to the comfort of his guests, this is the place to stay. Our only one regret is that we never got to try his cafe on the ground floor. It was either full on the day we had time or we left before it opened at 11am.

Host owner Kazuki san was very helpful and friendly with great suggestions and tips for visiting Tokyo. Apartment is located very close to the subway/train station and the Tokyo Skytree Tower which is connected to Solamachi Mall with plenty of food and shopping options. The apartment is small but very clean and well stocked with an efficient layout.. We experienced delays and cancelations due to a passing typhoon at the end of our stay and Kazuki san was very gracious and helpful. He kept us informed and updated during our stay and helped us with transportation. Thank you very much for being an excellent host, Kazuki san!

It’s located close to Tokyo skytree. For small groups the place is perfect. The owner is very helpful and friendly. I forgot my charger and the owner was so kind to send it to me to Kyoto to my next hotel. Top level.

Souramachi Shopping District is a 5-minute walk, too close. There are sushi, yakiniku, and cake shops near our accommodation. The room is very quiet.

For five people, the room is a bit small. It would be good if there is a clothes iron in the room because our clothes can get really wrinkly from the washing machine dryer.

The area was close to the sky tree tower and train station. There is a nearby 24-hour fast-food restaurant (Yoshinoya and and Matsuya) and a small neighborhood supermarket. The owner is helpful and kind. When we inquired if there was a tool we could use to hang our clothing, he apologized. The next day, he bought one and gave it to us.

Steep stairs, but that is well indicated on the description page and we knew ahead of coming. The host provides a special luggage trolley to carry heavy bags up and down the stairs.

The guests on the 3rd floor was noisy at 0130.

The location was near the train station and sky tree tower. Near good restaurants and 7eleven. The owner was very helpful and friendly.

I like the space and cleanliness of the property. It’s also close to Oshiage station which is convenient for daily commute. There nearby convenience stores and the neighborhood is quiet. The host was very kind as well, we were able to have a small talk with him and he was able to satisfy our requests and queries.

The directions were well described and the apartment was easily accessible. Nearby, within a 5-minute walk, is the Skytree Tower Station. From here, the city can be reached very easily by subway and Narita Airport by express train. 7-Eleven shop is not far from the apartment. A small and quiet bar is located on the ground floor. The apartment was very clean, precisely implemented, practically equipped. A practical manual is available for the use of all facilities and equipment.

The space is small, and the stairs are a quite steep. This is quite normal for a property in Tokyo, but guests with mobility issues should take note of this.

Stay SUU has an excellent location and offering at its price point. The room was also clean and located above a lovely cafe. There were various helpful amenities such as a washing machine and toiletries. The surrounding area is a tranquil Japanese neighborhood that can give you a look at a less touristy side of Tokyo. Above all, our customer service from Kazuki was exceptional.

The host greeted us warmly, the location near Oshiage station was excellent, we able to saw the Skytree from balcony, the house was impeccably clean, and the host provided plenty of replacement consumables. We highly recommend this place and are eagerly anticipating our next stay.

Almost everything was good, the only thing my friends mentioned was the sleeping couch not being too long and a bit hard. Everything else was amazing

The apartment was amazing! We stayed 5 people from the 21/03/2024 to 31/03/2024 and thorough enjoyed our visit. The apartment itself was clean, had enough room for 5 (2 double beds and a sleeping couch), and included a small kitchen, fridge, microwave, washer and bath. The staff are super friendly, and the host, Kazuki is also awesome. Any problems or questions we had they helped with. The cafe on the ground floor was also very good :) The apartment is situated next to Tokyo Skytree and Oshiage station, so public transportation isn’t too far away. Generally this place is amazing and we would definitely stay here again if we visit Tokyo.

Stay SUU is a new facility as of the time of writing, with two units and a ground-floor cafe which was still under construction when we visited. I think we were only the second people to stay in the second-floor unit. In short, a delightful place to stay, very close to Skytree and Oshiage station in Asakusa and only a short walk from a delightful neighbourhood sento (bathhouse). The room slept 5, two in two doubles and one on a single; for a group of young travelers like us this worked just fine, although the space is not huge. The apartment was very nicely outfitted with all the things you'd expect and the host Kazuki was very helpful. Strongly recommended!
